Zwei Wochen mit dem Catamaran quer durch Kroatien- einsame Buchten und ein perfektes Boot! Der Service von Marenauta & Charter war außergewöhnlich professionell und sympathisch! Übergabe des Boots sehenswert!!! Wir kommen wieder!!!

A Lefkas: circumnavigazione di Itaca e Cefalonia

Nel complesso la vacanza è stata buona anche se la barca non era sicuramente perfetta: il plotter non ha funzionato per tutta la navigazione, il tender ci è stato consegnato privo di tappo e la batteria del motore e' scoppiata costringedoci a sostituirla con quella dei winch. La batteria è poi stata fatta sostituire dall'armatore ad Argostoli. Anche il motorino del tender si e' rotto al primo uso (il cavo dell'accensione ci è rimasto "in mano" al primo strappo così come il pomello dell'aria). E la riparazione ci è stata addebitata(€ 100,00). Per gli ormeggi, nonostante fosse il mese di giugno abbiamo avuto diverse difficoltà per la carenza di posti barca nei porti e nei marina e per l'assenza di trappe e corpi morti.

Generally the observations are not true or more specifically all the damages were caused by the client himself on the boat and this is proved by the check in list according to which when they were delivered the yacht everything worked!!

About navigation instruments they changed the settings without knowing the settings and they activated 2 alarms for "depth" and "man at sea" resulting in a constant alarm.

We re-adjusted on their return and there was no problem
Regarding the battery of the engine we were notified of a problem and although they were several miles away from the base a technician was sent within an hour to support and replace the battery.
When the yacht returned we took off the old battery, we tested it and it was reloaded and re-placed on board without any problems as the measurements showed. And this was a mistake of the crew for which we paid 200 € support and did not charge the client at all.

Furthermore, the outboard was tested during the check in and it worked.Client broke it and were charged only 100 € spare parts and work total.

The general observation is that customers themselves created problems by their mishandling.

While we can not understand that, the pier that was built last year in the most central part of Lefkada with free water and power and without any other charges for 24/7, how can have rating 1 from 5 ️.

The clients were pleasant, but the feedback was inaccurate.

Ottima organizzazione

Abbiamo trovato l’organizzazione della Marina eccellente. Disponibilità e gentilezza. Abbiamo valutato molto positivamente e, mai trovato altrove ,il check in in autonomia con l’ausilio di un book fotografico. La barca era come da richiesta. La nostra vacanza è stata poi all’insegna del bel tempo e del vento “giusto “quindi… la valutazione è super positiva.

Barca in ottime condizioni di manutenzione, unica pecca il tender che tendeva a sgonfiarsi in poco tempo

Il supporto dato da Marenauta prima del Check in è stato perfetto, abbiamo poi avuto problemi ad un motore del catamarano. Cose che posso accadere e che comunque sono state prese in carico dalla società per gestire il disagio avuto

Smooth vacation on a nice boat

The boat by EMU Charter was equipped well above charter standards and it included solar panels, inflatable life jackets, life lines, harnesses etc. The EMU staff was competent and friendly. After the boat developed engine overheating problems, EMU Charter provided a replacement boat the same day.
