We are very sorry that the client was not satisfied with our service, but we have to mention a few points regarding this charter.
Client made a check in on how to use the boat and immediately after they left the marina and did not finish the paperwork.

Good but not check out

The week was good, boat good as described. The surprise at checkout, where I saw a charge of 100 euros for "waste disposal..." a real shame

We would only like to point out that the surprise was ours — we found more than 30 rubbish bags on board.
Most likely the client had never disposed of the rubbish from the entire week. Furthermore, it was not even sorted for recycling.
