I truly understand your frustration about the faulty pressure alarm that went on just after your departure from our base. We apologize about that but as you understand this can happen even to our well maintained yachts. Our engineer met you in the nearest port to you, straight away, and fixed the issue in less than 1.5h, so you didn’t spend more time waiting.
As you have received the yacht 1h before the agreed early check-in time and you also return it 1h after the agreed time, it looks like you enjoyed to the fullest your trip!
As per the attention to detail, we are sorry that you didn’t mention anything to us all these days that you were on board and we didn’t have the opportunity to address any inconvenience.
