Master yaching non ha rispettato le regole

E’ stata pessima l’assistenza della società di charter al nostro arrivo non avevano controllato il mal funzionamento di un frigo che ovviamente non hanno riparato poi si è rotta la pompa a dell’acqua e su 4 bagni ne ha funzionato solo due, insomma da non ripetere assolutamente!! Pessimi al check-out !!

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Das Boot hat sehr gut gepasst, man hat wirklich bekommen was man bucht und die Übergabe war sehr einfach und schnell. Lediglich die "gründliche Sauberkeit" hat etwas gefehlt (Bsp. der Kühlschrank musst von uns gereinigt werden bevor wir Lebensmittel dort lagern konnten). Allerdings hat Green Wave Yacht Charter sofort reagiert und hat uns Handtücher dazu geschenkt als Entschädigung.
