Barca insoddisfacente e non all'altezza

Il giudizio negativo non è per Marenauta, broker con cui mi sono sempre trovato benissimo, ma sulla compagnia di charter a cui ho noleggiato la barca che non si è dimostrata all'altezza. Ho chiesto risarcimento danni, vediamo come si conclude la richiesta.

Vacanza bellissima alle incoronate

Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana in compagnia girovagando per le isole incoronate sebbene la barca del 2018 , ci ha presentato qualche problemino. Abbiamo avuto la batteria dei servizi e dell'ancora che si scaricava di conseguenza alla seconda notte in rada siamo rimasti senza frigo, senza acqua e luci, per non parlare che abbiamo tirato su l'ancora a mano . la radio fm non funzionava bene e avevamo un tender a dir poco piccolo. A parte questo, tutto perfetto !! Anche il charter promosso !

Klasse Yacht und Charter

Wir haben eine tolle Woche auf dem Ionischen Meer verbracht! Der Service von Marenauta und dem Vercharterer war klasse! Alle haben sehr schnell reagiert, toll unterstützt! Sehr professionell und freundlich! Hat super viel Spaß gemacht nächstes Mal wieder !!!! Nur zu empfehlen

Barca molto comoda come modello, ma tenuta male. Abbiamo avuto problemi durante la settimana e poca assistenza da parte del charter. Tecnico del check in poco cordiale
