Bali4.3 Magic 3

Abwicklung in der Marina ok, die Magic 3 ist aber leider in einem ziemlich schlechten Zustand gewesen ( schon bei der Übernahme!), überall Schrammen und lose Türknöpfe etc. , die Segel in sehr schlechten Zustand! Da wurde wohl schon lange nichts mehr gewartet etc. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Wolfgang Hassler

Schlechte kommunikation

Die Kommunikation ging über zu viele ecken und die richtigen Ansprechpartner wurden zu schlecht kommuniziert... Es wurden extras angeboten welche beim vercharterer nicht mehr exisitieren

Here are our answers :

1. Regaring the communication:

We don’t understand : they had 2 interlocutors. Each has his phone.

Please see the attachment: it is the first page of the boat's user manual, which is on board.

I don't know what extra the customer is talking about.

2. Regarding the cleaning:

This comment is completely unfounded.

The cleanliness of our boats is meticulously checked before each departure.

The hirer completes a full inventory, then a SET SAIL boat manager comes for the check : answer any questions the customer may have, and verify that they have found everything.

Yet he gives us a 5 out of 5 for chekin and checkout – inventory is included in this service

Sorry if the client was not totally satisfied but we did our best.

Die Abwicklung über Marenauta war wieder einmal vorbildlich! Vielen Dank. Der Vercharterer Rinia Yachting ist top. Von der Bootübernahme bis zur Rückgabe. Bester Service. Unsere Bavaria 51 Crusiser war schon acht Jahre alt aber besser, wie viele neuen Boote, die wir hatten. Super Zustand.

Ottima vacanza, per il tempo buono, meno buono per i prezzi nei vari locali (cena/pranzo), dove I GESTORI APPROFITTANO, ma credo che con il tempo capiranno gli errori commessi come succede da noi in Italia.

Eindruck des Urlaubs

Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Service von Marenauta und Nautika Kufner. Das Wetter passte auch in unserem Urlaub. Einzig funktionierte das Funkgerät nicht resp. ich konnte nicht Funken. Wir konnten alternativ mit dem Handy in die Marina anrufen. sonnst war alles Tip Top.
