No boat gauge worked, no diesel, no fresh water, no battery charge level. Holding tank was full at handover and drain valve defective -> after an extremely short time, impossible for crew to fill, the tank overflowed. Toilet unusable for more than half the holiday!!!... Show more

Unfortunately the agency Batana is unusable.
The boss, Goran, is somehow likeable and always smiling but he doesn't have the fleet under control. Chaotic office. Early check-in didn't work, mainsail pretty shredded, mast step wrong, reef line wrongly shortened, bimini... Show more
