The boat is just a vehicle and was fine overall, but a few small things should have been repaired. The log should actually work, and broken blocks should be replaced without me having to ask for it as a customer. (They were not replaced because the spare part was not available... Show more

Boat handover: very competent staff, handover very thorough but not fussy. The handover took well over an hour; every question was answered. The boats are in very good condition despite end of season. Boat return was also thorough, but only important points were checked.
