Fantastic boat - wonderful holiday  
The Prestige F4.3 was brand new, we were the first charter guests on this yacht. The boat was superb, operation via the joystick easy and stress-free. Unfortunately we could only operate the bow thruster separately in the saloon, it didn't work on the flybridge. When operating with the joystick the bow thruster engaged too and that worked great. Only: there are also situations where you only want to use the bow thruster without the engine screws. Because that wasn't possible and I therefore had to use the joystick (which also engages the screws) I unfortunately caught the mooring line in the propeller and had to pay 125 euros for a diver on return, although nothing was actually damaged. I had already removed the rope myself. I found that a shame, it wouldn't have happened if everything had worked. I also found the briefing very poor, as the boat was brand new nobody really knew the boat. Because of these two annoyances I deduct one point for the charter base. Fortunately I was given the owner's phone number, and he could competently help me with all questions about the boat. Many thanks for that. Great holiday - dream boat! The charter base gets a pass from me!

Mom! Why won't it go into reverse???  
Today 9/8/2017 we leave from Uvala Mlaska (Hvar) and go to Korcula Arrived near Uvala Krizica we decide to anchor to swim and eat peacefully Put in neutral and bow to wind the anchor is already at water level The boat is stopped from astern LIKE REVERSE WON'T ENGAGE I drop anchor and bring the stern to wind Finished the maneuver I check if neutral stays engaged as if the reverse cable or worse the gear selector itself were broken I turn off the engine, go down and start opening the engine compartment Finally I find the gear selector and thanks to good luck it is only the broken cable I phone the agency (I don't know English) they give me the number of the lady who speaks Italian (it is lunch time for them too) I explain the problem and after barely an hour they call me back to say that around 5pm the mechanic will arrive Fine we will spend the afternoon and night here Well the boat chose a nice place to break down we swim eat and soon it is 5pm and the two mechanics arrive After about 90 minutes they finish and leave The next day we resume our program While sailing I think "guys what professionals" "the agency people are really good" We have seen few marinas but all excellent Never went to restaurants The boat although old is very comfortable for three The agency, there are not enough stars to describe the assistance at sea, much more than excellent We had no crew
