The usual considerations.  
My overall rating is good for three fundamental reasons. The first concerns the boat: the Hanse hull is a hull I know, that I like very much and which, this time too, did not disappoint expectations. The second reason is linked to the charter company's promptness and availability, which intervened quickly when we had a problem with the refrigerator, caused by a cable cut through wear. The third, inevitably, is the beauty of the Cyclades, which helps make every sailing experience in these places particularly pleasant. The less positive considerations concern instead a fairly common problem on charter boats: the little time available between one rental and the next to carry out truly thorough maintenance. If an inconvenience like the one with the refrigerator can certainly happen, I believe instead that deck equipment and mechanics require greater attention and preventive maintenance. In particular, both the furling jib and furling mainsail were extremely stiff, practically stuck, with obvious consequences on the ease and safety of manoeuvres. I reported these aspects to the base manager and hope my observations will allow future crews to fully enjoy sailing.

As you correctly point out, in the charter industry, the time available between redelivery (check-out) and the next delivery (check-in) is quite limited. During this period, our technical staff carries out the standard turnaround checks, follows a detailed checklist, and proceeds with any repairs or maintenance issues identified during the inspection or reported by the previous charterer. Any additional issues requiring special attention are also addressed as soon as they are identified.

We have taken note of your comments regarding the furling systems and deck equipment, and we will make sure that these points are brought to the attention of our technical team for further inspection and preventive maintenance.

We would be very happy to welcome you on board again, perhaps during a quieter period, when you can enjoy the boat and the Cyclades at a more relaxed pace.
