Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit mit unserem Katamaran in Sukosan! Vom ersten Klick bis zur letzten Welle – alles lief reibungslos. Die Buchung über Marenauta war kinderleicht, das Wetter hat uns verwöhnt, und die Übergabe war schneller als der Wind in den Segeln. Ein großes Dankeschön möchten wir auch an Frau Manuela richten, die uns mit ihrer freundlichen Art und ihren hilfsbereiten Telefonaten das perfekte Katamaran empfohlen hat. Danke für diesen unvergesslichen Törn!
La barca è buona dal punto di vista della navigabilità, sebbene avesse qualche cosa da sistemare, catena dell'ancora e strumenti del vento in particolare. Qualche intoppo risolto dal Charter.
E’ stata pessima l’assistenza della società di charter al nostro arrivo non avevano controllato il mal funzionamento di un frigo che ovviamente non hanno riparato poi si è rotta la pompa a dell’acqua e su 4 bagni ne ha funzionato solo due, insomma da non ripetere assolutamente!! Pessimi al check-out !!
Sve pohvale za vrhunsku uslugu. Brzina i nacin kompletnog procesa prijava i pripreme broda i opreme super. U sat vremena brod opremljen po dodatnim zahtjevima. Top susretljivost i uspuga. Vracamo se opet sigurno
Una bellissima vacanza in famiglia su un lussuoso catamarano, merito anche delle splendide Isole Incoronate.
Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con il Base Manager che ci ha consegnato una barca pulita poco e sommariamente e con il tender bucato e che ha risposto molto maleducatamente alle nostre lamentele. Inoltre, ha cambiato lo skipper il giorno prima del nostro imbarco con una persona gentile, ma che era la prima volta che saliva a bordo di un catamarano così grande, che ha assecondato con fatica le nostre esigenze e che si è dimostrato decisamente troppo presente nelle dinamiche di un viaggio in famiglia.
Marenauta è stato come sempre impeccabile e di aiuto nella scelta dell'imbarcazione e nei momenti di difficoltà riscontrati durante il viaggio.

Das GPS mit dem Kartenplotter funktionierte nicht bei unserer Ankunft.
Das Vorsegel war nicht die Genua, sondern ein Vorsegel,welches auch noch zu klein war. Ein Ordentlicher Trimmm war nicht möglich.
