Pessima esperienza  
La barca KISMEE di Sailme Charter, già al check in presentava vari problemi. Il Bow trust funzionava a tratti, come anche l’indicatore del serbatoio dell’acqua (completamente fuori uso). Dopo 2 giorni la batteria del motore ha smesso di funzionare. Malgrado il capo base Sasha cercasse di additare a me la responsabilità, il manutentore Giorgio uscito d’urgenza, ha constatato che fosse ormai vecchia. Per una questione economica, hanno deciso di NON SOSTITUIRLA, ma di toglierne una dedicata ai servizi. Risultato: ogni sera senza corrente, cellulari scarichi, bagni elettrici fuori uso, obbligati ad accendere motore per ricaricarle.Non so se collegato a questo, da quel momento il bow trust ha completamente smesso di funzionare come anche l’autopilota. Per il check out finale, costretti ad andare in una baia a fianco al porto per la verifica dello scafo, in una determinata fascia oraria, con importante perdita di tempo. In tutto questo, neanche un cenno di scuse ne’ tantomeno un’offerta di indennizzo, almeno per la benzina buttata o per avervi dato una barca priva delle funzioni essenziali. Niente supporto con gommone per agevolare la manovra in banchina, malgrado bow trust non funzionate e la garanzia che mi avrebbero dato assistenza. Non hanno nemmeno un ufficio in marina. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE SAILME.Pessima esperienza, soprattutto in termini di sicurezza.

Sehr guter Marinaservice  
Der Marinamanager und das Personal, welches für das Einchecken und die Schiffsübergabe zuständig sind, machen einen sehr qualifizierten Job. Das Schiff wurde absolut sauber übergeben und war in sehr gutem Zustand.

Quasi ci siamo  
Tutto bene, ottima organizzazione ed assistenza, peccato non ci sia una loro base in porto dove poter essere accolti e poter depositare i bagagli. Inoltre le batterie della nostra imbarcazione nonostante avessimo i pannelli solari,non erano abbastanza nuove o potenti da poter alimentare il doppio frigorifero; ogni giorno dovevamo tenere il motore acceso per un’ora o più, n on va bene.Comunque complessivamente una buona esperienza.
