Sun Odyssey 490 - Excellent boat for cruising  
An excellent boat for cruising, new, in excellent condition. Sails well with 15-20 knots of wind; suffers a bit on the wind like all comfortable boats. Comfortable outside, especially the helm station for the toilet and the large cockpit. Inside, the aft berths are spacious, the forward ones a bit small (we put the 10-12 year old children there). A single fridge perhaps a bit limiting but well organized as it was full of baskets. The charter in Kos well organized. Be careful booking transfers, especially for the return flight; taxis are unreliable. On the first day we had some problems with the water pump but after half a day of work it was set up to work well. For the rest everything OK; the charter responded to all our requests.
