Lolina Lagoon 42  
Dear Sir/Madam, we chartered the Lolina catamaran from 27 June to 4 July this year. As you know, from the second day we had no working generator. Since the generator was not successfully repaired after two attempts, we were unable to use the catamaran adequately all week. Praise missing for a few oversights  
Boat in good general condition and very helpful and cooperative sailor. At delivery I found some oversights in cleaning the vessel, but the problem was promptly resolved. The only negative note concerns the tender outboard, which turned out to be quite worn and caused me several inconveniences, leaving me stranded away from the boat on three occasions. Support activated to provide a replacement engine, which was delivered to me at the ferry terminal after about two hours' wait. It should also be noted that I had to carry the engine on foot for about 2 km to reach the point from which I could return to the boat, which was at anchor outside the marina. Unfortunately the second engine also turned out not to be working, forcing me to spend the last two days of the holiday without being able to use the tender. A shame, because otherwise the experience was positive and greater attention to outboard maintenance would have avoided these inconveniences.
