If the crew joins guests for meals ashore, the allowance does not apply The Charterer may cancel the crew service up to 31 days before embarkation without incurring any penalty. Athenian Yachts solely provides facilitation services to help the Charterer directly hire local freelance crew, without any additional fees or charges. The Company does not act as a crew agency or employer and assumes no responsibility for the performance of the crew’s services. No warranties or representations are made regarding the quality or reliability of the crew’s services, and Athenian Yachts shall not be liable for any act, omission, or negligence of the crew members. Required 210€ (per day + food)

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance):  25% of the charter rate APA is the amount intended to cover operational expenses for bunkering, food & beverages supplies and any other incidental expenses such as fuels, gasoline, Marina's fee, Corinth Canal fee (if applicable), Foreign water fee (if applicable). The captain keeps all the receipts for the expenses and at the end of the charter we do the final financial settlement. If during the charter the costs are beyond the APA, then additional funds will be required to be given to the captain. If there is remaining credit, the charterer will receive back the relevant amount of funds either via bank transfer or cash. (advance payment) Required 25% (per booking)
