Overall good  
Very good captain (Konstantinos) and crew (Pelagia). Boat was in OK status. Air con in one cabin did not work. We have yet to receive a refund for the safety net which we did not require. It was not totally clear to us that we have to pay additional cost for the petrol. Should have been made clearer, particularly as other rentals include the fuel for reasonable distance travelling. Captain handled port charges responsibly.

Overall everything worked out quite well....booking process, check-in and handover of the yacht with the charter base at BAX in Lefkas. The ship was well equipped, technically everything worked too. The staff in the office as well as at the dock are helpful and friendly. Only 4 stars because: The early check-in we had requested unfortunately did not work as agreed with the base—around 12-13 o'clock—the batteries were defective, the replacement unfortunately took 2-3 hours, so we could only cast off at around 3 PM. The bedding in the cabins was not made up. One of the major disadvantages with Bax are the far-away berths (...at the last pier in the harbor!) luggage & shopping transport is really very challenging. There is room for improvement here—e.g.: the service could simply be improved e.g. with small electric vehicles bicycle/tricycle with luggage compartment or similar. Many thanks
