Charter package:  Charter package includes final cleaning, gas, check-in and out services, package for toilets (toilet paper and soap /per each toilet) and kitchen (1 kitchen paper towels, a sponge and a cleaning cloth, a small package of dish detergent, 1 waste bag, 2 kitchen towels, 2x 1l bottle of water), bed linen/bath towels (2 sets per cabin - do not include saloon and skipper cabin). Nice charter company – Dufour 470 top  
Friendly welcome, swift boat handover and return, good atmosphere. Dufour 470, best yacht I've sailed. Large cockpit, easy passage from the cockpit, large forward cabin with standing headroom. BBQ from swim platform. Minor downside: 40 euros for a broken wooden pole of the boat hook. Croatia meanwhile a very expensive sailing area: marinas, mooring buoys, dining out.

I only have two comments for the charter company: - Cushioning is important for comfort during a cruise… you cannot replace the original cushioning of a new boat with "soap bars" - Forward cabin smelled bad due to odour coming from the forward WC.

Regarding the comfort of the boat and the cockpit cushions that the client received, we agree that they are not as comfortable as the original one. We are sorry if he expected more luxurious equipment, but on our website, as well as on the agency's website, there are pictures and a description of the boat that correspond to the actual condition, and we believe that the client was timely informed about the inventory and equipment of the boat. After we consulted with the base manager and the technical staff who were in direct contact with the clients during the handover, we received information that at one point an unpleasant smell was felt on the ship from stagnant water in the pipes and not from full waste tanks. After the client complained about the unpleasant smell, the staff at the base immediately intervened and solved the problem.
The practice is for clients to fill in the feedback they leave for us at check-out so that we can see their impressions and ratings for our service. We always try to make it at the highest level, respecting the standards we have set and which we believe will meet the client's expectations. Unfortunately, the client did not leave a completed feedback, and we are sorry for that, because in this way we would have had the opportunity to clarify his dissatisfaction and the relatively bad rating related to the "Charter" section. The rating 3/5, which refers to the helpfulness of the employees, their kindness and assistance, is not what we can be satisfied with, because we believe that this service must be unquestionable and at the highest level. If there were any omissions or the client felt unkindness or unprofessionalism from our staff, we apologize for that.

Dear Marenauta team We were generally very satisfied with our sailing holiday. The booking, preparation and advance information worked well, and we also really liked the boat and the area around Sukošan. Only point: We had problems with the dinghy's outboard motor. It was replaced, but unfortunately the new motor wasn't really any better. Nevertheless we had a very nice week on board and would gladly recommend Marenauta. Kind regards Niklas Danielson
