Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza con la barca migliore delle aspettative. Raffaele di Marenauta è stato bravissimo a consigliare e grazie a lui abbiamo deciso di andare in Croazia ad un prezzo interessante.

Bavaria 56-4 Yates charter

All very good and professional until the end. The only issue is the extra charge for cleaning which is disproportionate. They are charging double the price than agreed. This is unacceptable.

Thanks for the information.

We respond as follows to the customer's complaint about the final cleaning being charged twice:

According to our charter conditions, the yacht shall be returned in decent condition (broom clean, dishes done, holding tank emptied)

Unfortunately, the customer did not adhere to this condition and returned the yacht in an extremely dirty condition.

When the yacht was returned, the customer was again explicitly informed about the agreed returning terms and given extra time to fix the mess himself.

The customer did not do despite being asked to do so, so that we had to charge for the additional cleaning effort.

Ritorno alle Kornati dopo 30 anni

Una settimana fortunata. Sole e vento. Il mare qui é sempre piatto. Una vacanza all’insegna della rada. Il solo porto fatto é stato Sebeniko (di fronte alla città) ma non offre servizi portuali se non l’acqua. La barca nuova e comoda, Anche perché eravamo solo in 5 su una barca da 8+2. Le procedure di imbarco e check-in ben organizzate e veloci. Molto caro il parcheggio per l’auto cosi come i ristoranti sulle isole (altro che i vecchi pescatori jugoslavi). Anche alcune rade se ormeggi vicino ai gavitelli ti chiedono di pagare.
