La barca aveva bisogno di qualche riparazione (sulla vela) e sulla schiena elettrica reclinabile posteriore. E'stato necessario aspettare per la riparazione e la randa che si bloccava me la sono riparata da me in porto.

Posti e barca stupenda

Dopo anni di vacanze in charter di una settimana, abbiamo prenotato per due settimane. La barca, non nuova ma recente, era in condizioni davvero molto buone e durante la vacanza non abbiamo avuto alcun inconveniente. Ottima esperienza e ottima professionalità della società di charter che finora si è rivelato la migliore.

Vacanza a vela

Personale della società charter spesso irraggiungibile telefonicamente, barca in pessime condizioni (windlass rotto, rallafiocco rotto, drizza della randa, randa che non si issa completamente, plancia di poppa rotta, carrello della randa malfunzionante)

We are sorry to hear clients were not happy with boat’s condition and our service.

There were no bigger issues during this charter week – they’ve had an issue with jib and anchor remote control which we have fixed on Sunday, immediately after they reported it (within 24h, as per our charter conditions).

Since they were not so happy on the check out, they agreed with our base manager that we refund them amount paid for outboard engine, as a compensation.
