We are sorry to hear clients were not happy with boat’s condition and our service.

There were no bigger issues during this charter week – they’ve had an issue with jib and anchor remote control which we have fixed on Sunday, immediately after they reported it (within 24h, as per our charter conditions).

Since they were not so happy on the check out, they agreed with our base manager that we refund them amount paid for outboard engine, as a compensation.

Barca perfetta per una settimana di crociera. Studiata in ogni piccolo dettaglio per usare lo spazio al meglio e avere ogni comodità possibile. Utilissimi il lavandino e la griglia posti fuori sullo specchio di poppa.
