La vacanza in barca è andata benissimo. La barca era in perfette condizioni e superaccessoriata. Facile da condurre anche con equipaggio ridotto. L'armatore è stato puntuale e scupoloso nel check in e check out, dando tutte le istruzione per l'uso.

Barca confortevole ….generatore in tilt a metà vavanza

Poštovani, drago nam je da možemo ostaviti naše dojmove sa odmora i plovidbe na brodu Vella. Proveli smo predivnih tjedan dana, maksimalno smo uživali, brod je itekako komforan za sve nas koji smo bili na brodu, uključujući dijete malo i psa. Što se tiče samog broda, nemamo nekih zamjerki, jedino bi preporučili da se malo bolje iskomunicira sa agencijom koja radi čišćenje, taj dio, obzirom da je jedan od wc-a od samog iplovljavanja, pa do kraja odmora konstantno imao neugodan miris, tokom puštanja vode u isti, pa smo nekako to 'krpali' cijelim putem. Funkcionalnost broda je maksimalna, za sve stvari smo imali mjesta, kuhinja i sve u njoj odlično je bilo, kao i stražnji dio broda (boravak), gdje smo provodili jako puno vremena. Sve u svemu, jedno pozitivno, lijepo i novo iskustvo za sve nas, te vjerujemo kako ćemo iduće godine ponovno zaploviti jednim od vaših brodova.

We chartered the Catamaran Arkab in Olbia. This 2018 boat has been chartered in Caribbean until March of 2025 and in April when arrived in Italy went thru some basic repairs. The boat was beaten up, cushions were old and ripped, lack of some basic cocking supplies, no microwave oven, no fans in cabins, no TV set, some reading lights not working. Months before the trip, I asked about a place to hold some luggage and over the phone I was informed by Marenauta, that Dream Yatch base has a place to keep it. This was not correct, and I was informed only at my arrival at the base that we only had space for 2 luggage although we were a crew of 10. By chance, the skipper came in with a car and we put all luggage inside his car. I asked Marenauta the skipper’s and hostess’s phones weeks before the trip to organize my vacation, however, I was informed by Marenauta the contact numbers only at the date of the departure. Due to the lack of response from Marenauta about such contacts, I managed to call Dream Yatch directly and got the phones numbers a week before. Those things show that Marenauta has no clue of the conditions of the Dream Yatch base which is not good when compared to Portisco, there is no service near the base. We paid for early checkin and we only were free to leave by 3:30 PM with little difference from the standard 5:00 PM time. The inventory at the boat was not fully checked and the dinghy had no rows, thus we had limited use of the dinghy. Finally, last night some of the crew had an unpleasant discussion with the skipper over the place to stay as we were tied to a gasoline station in Aranci Port with choppy conditions, although better places were available such as the place we spent in the day after. If known in advance the conditions of the place, probably the discussions could be avoided.

La barca che abbiamo trovato era esattamente come descritta. Purtroppo la comunicazione con Rinia Yachting non è stata ottima prima del check in (ho dovuto chiamare e mandare molti messaggi ai quali ho ricevuto poche risposte). Ma il giudizio non positivo si riferisce soprattutto allo skipper, il quale si è dimostrato poco collaborativo , scoraggiando l’itinerario che avevamo concordato più volte precedentemente ma senza un motivo valido , obbligandoci ad aspettare in porto la prima sera (quindi siamo partiti il giorno successivo, anche qui senza nessun motivo - ci ha addirittura suggerito di andare a fare un bagno in spiaggia pur di non muovere la barca) e , anche se abbiamo accettato l’itinerario suggeritoci , ha cercato ogni sera di portarci in porti dove lui poteva scendere per rientrare la mattina successiva. Ma cosa ancor più grave, dopo aver insisto per dormire in rada, si è comunque fatto venire a prendere lasciandoci da soli in mezzo al mare (abbiamo più volte detto di non saper portare la barca) rientrando la mattina successiva. Spero in futuro di poter incontrare skipper più professionali e con più volontà ad accontentare il cliente che paga molto per questo servizio (nel nostro caso abbiamo pagato una settimana per solo 4 giorni).
