Eine Woche Nautitech 40 Open von Rogoznica

Gelandet in Split ging es mit dem Taxi zur Marina. Early Check-In war problemlos und die Übergabe war schnell erledigt. Ein vorher bestellter Gennaker war leider nicht verfügbar. Nautitech 40 Open – Zustands- und Erfahrungsbericht (sehr umfangreich- da ich plane einen solchen Kat zu kaufen) Innenausbau Kabinen Die Spaltmaße der Eingangstüren zu den Kabinen sind unzureichend. Dadurch schleifen die Türen und lassen sich teilweise nicht korrekt schließen. Die Möbel sind mit Topfbändern ausgestattet und grundsätzlich justierbar. Allerdings sind die Verschlüsse zu klein dimensioniert, die Abdeckungen sitzen locker und die Bedienbarkeit ist eingeschränkt. Die Bodenklappen bestehen aus Sperrholz, jedoch sind die Kanten weder gebrochen noch versiegelt. Dies dürfte mittelfristig zu abgesplitterten Ecken sowie möglichen Wasserschäden führen. Die Matratzen sind von geringer Qualität. Zudem sind die Bettkanten scharfkantig ausgeführt. In Kombination mit der großen Betthöhe ist das Ein- und Aussteigen unangenehm. Pantry Eine Schlingerleiste fehlt. Diese ist sowohl zur Sicherung gegen Verrutschen als auch für den Ablauf von Spülwasser erforderlich. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit, Seewasser über die Spüle zu nutzen. Die beiden Wasserhähne wirken jedoch bereits locker und qualitativ minderwertig. Im Bereich von Kocher und Spüle fehlt eine funktionale Beleuchtung vollständig. Eine aufstellbare Erweiterung der Arbeitsfläche an der Spüle wäre sinnvoll. Salon und Cockpit Die Deckenverkleidung ist unsauber verarbeitet und teilweise lose. Die Elektroabdeckung am Salontisch ist mangelhaft ausgeführt (keine Schnapper, scharfe Kanten, unsaubere Verarbeitung). Die Niedergänge in die Rümpfe sind aus Massivholz gefertigt, zeigen jedoch bereits deutliche Gebrauchsspuren („speckige“ Kanten), die sich mit weiterer Nutzung verstärken dürften. Der Kocher weist bereits deutlichen Verschleiß auf (Rost an Scharnieren, fehlende Clips für das Grillrost). Sanitärbereiche Im Gästerumpf ist das Bad ungünstig gestaltet: Es fehlt eine Abtrennung der Dusche, zudem ist die Nutzbarkeit des Waschbeckens durch den darüberliegenden Spiegel stark eingeschränkt. In der Dreikabinenversion ist das Masterbad besser organisiert, das Waschbecken jedoch ebenfalls zu klein. Auf einem Vergleichsboot („Hui Hui“) konnte an dieser Stelle sogar eine Waschmaschine integriert werden. Weitere Punkte (Innen & Deck) Die Verschlüsse der Dachluken im Salon sind bereits verschlissen. Eine durchdachte Beschattungslösung ist zwingend erforderlich. Die Cockpitpolster verfügen über einen hochwertigen Bezugstoff, jedoch scheint der verwendete Schaumstoff für den Sitzkomfort ungeeignet. Die seitlichen Cockpitabdeckungen („Kuchenbude“) sind aufrollbar, jedoch vermutlich nur schwer von einer Person allein zu bedienen. Eine Lösung mit eingenähter Holzleiste im Saum könnte hier Abhilfe schaffen. Die Gasinstallation ist kritisch zu bewerten: In der Gaskiste ist deutlicher Gasgeruch wahrnehmbar. Für Langfahrten sollten zudem ausreichend Verschraubungen und Ersatzteile vorgehalten werden. Während des Segelns trat dauerhaft Wasser aus dem Dach aus, vermutlich aufgrund von Undichtigkeiten, Solarpanele waren entfernt worden. Der Grill auf Backbord funktioniert gut, erfordert jedoch stets eine separate Gasflasche. Eine feste Gasleitung wäre hier sinnvoll. Die Rettungsinsel ist mittig im Cockpit positioniert und auch nach einer Kenterung erreichbar. Für Einhandsegler könnte sie jedoch überdimensioniert sein. Segelausstattung Die Beschläge von Harken und Lewmar sind ausreichend dimensioniert, ebenso die verbauten Winschen von Lewmar. Der Bedienknopf der elektrischen Winsch ist jedoch unergonomisch gestaltet und sollte überprüft werden. Die Selbstwendefock ist nicht optimal angepasst und sollte durch einen Segelmacher neu vermessen werden. Auch die Schotführung fällt insbesondere am Wind negativ auf – eine Umlenkung nach vorne könnte sinnvoll sein. Das Großsegel ist in gutem Zustand, allerdings fehlt ein Baumniederholer. Eine fachgerechte Nachrüstung sollte geprüft werden. Die Umlenkungen für Reffleinen und Unterliekstrecker sind unzureichend. Eine zusätzliche Umlenkung ins Cockpit zur elektrischen Winsch wäre sinnvoll. Die Positionierung der Fallenklemmen am Mast ist verbesserungswürdig. Zusätzliche Handläufe zwischen Steuerstand (Steuerbord) und Mast wären wünschenswert. Technik – Frischwasser Es konnten keine Probleme festgestellt werden. Beiboot Die Handhabung des Dinghys über die Davits ist gut gelöst. Im hochgezogenen Zustand sollte das Boot jedoch seefester gesichert werden – zusätzliche Klampen oder Klemmen wären hier sinnvoll. Bei uns war es ein Highfielt 310 mit 10PS. Technik (allgemein) Ohne Solaranlage ist die Batteriekapazität bereits nach einer Nacht erschöpft. Ein durchdachtes Solarkonzept ist zwingend erforderlich. Begehbare Module sind kostenintensiv, alternative Lösungen (z. B. Träger über dem Dinghy) erscheinen sinnvoll. Das Kühlkonzept umfasst einen Tiefkühlschrank im Steuerbordrumpf (ganz blöder Öffner, hier sollte ein anderer Verschluss montiert werden) sowie je einen Kühlschrank in Pantry und Cockpit. Die Heizung war nicht funktionsfähig. Die Windmessanlage zeigte keine Funktion. Der B&G-Autopilot fällt gelegentlich aus und sollte dringend überprüft werden. Die Füllstandsanzeigen der Abwassertanks funktionieren nicht. Die B&G-Plotter lassen sich nicht vollständig ausschalten, verbrauchen unnötig Strom und überhitzen bei Sonneneinstrahlung. Das Radar ist ohne Funktion. Das Radio weist Störungen auf, vermutlich aufgrund mangelhafter Installation. An den hinteren Klampen (Backbord und Steuerbord) wurden massive Gelcoat-Schäden festgestellt, was auf Überbelastung hindeutet. Hier besteht Nachbesserungsbedarf. In den vorderen Bereichen der Rümpfe (Segellastbereiche) fehlen Leitern. In der Pantry sind keinerlei Steckdosen vorhanden. Das Bedienpanel der Ankerwinde am Steuerstand (Steuerbord) ist ungünstig positioniert und sollte höher angebracht werden. Der verbaute Anker wurde als zu klein eingeschätzt, funktionierte jedoch im Testbetrieb. Der Hahnepot mit Kettenklaue erwies sich als ungeeignet. Die 50-PS-Motorisierung ist leistungsstark. Allerdings sind die Motordeckel offenbar nicht vollständig wasserdicht, wodurch Wasser eindringt und Korrosion verursacht (Bowdenzug bereits festgegammelt). Die elektrische Motorsteuerung könnte prinzipiell durch eine Fernbedienung ergänzt werden. Die Steuerhebel der ZF-Steuerung sind stark korrodiert. Die ganzen kleinen Mängel haben einen schönen Urlaub keinen Abbruch getan, dennoch Bemerkenswert, denn das Boot ist erst zwei Jahre alt.

Podpričakovano z delčki razočaranja

Jadrnica je bila ob prevzemu v precej neurejenem in nečistem stanju, kljub relativno novem plovilu določene naprave -konkretno brzinomer niso delovale (prepolno školjk v mlinčku pod trupom), zunanji kokpit zelo skromno opremljen - neprimerno oblazinjenje, brez možnosti zunanje razsvetljave itp... Plovilo se je tržilo kot letnik 2024, dejansko je bilo letnik 2023☹️☹️

Die Abwicklung über Marenauta war wie immer perfekt. Die Jeanneau war jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Gegensatz zu Booten die nach 2020 gebaut worden sind, ist das Schiff deutlich schmaler, was sich vor allem negativ auf die Größe der beiden Heckkabinen auswirkt. Die Einweisung durch den Vercharterer vor Ort war nicht perfekt. Ansonsten gab es keine Beanstandungen.

Marenauta were easy to deal with and even though I am based in Australia and out of the European timezone, Marenauta always answered my queries immediately. The Yacht was only a year old so was in excellent condition and as described. The Charter Company in Rogoznica Croatia were easy to deal with. They already had all my details so it was a simple check in. On the few occasions we had an issue with the yacht it was resolved quickly and professionally. There are no suggestions that I could make to make it a better experience. Well done to all of you.

Das positive zuerst, es gibt wieder Platz in den Marinas! Bei Preisen von teilweise 250 Euro und mehr für ein 46 Fuß Schiff pro Nacht ist das nachvollziehbar. Das Essen für sechs Personen ohne Alkohol kostet im Schnitt 200 Euro. Preislich liegt Kroatien damit im absoluten Spitzenbereich.

Wir sind zu viert am 29.6. von Pula in Richtung Kvarner Bucht aufgebrochen. Nach einer Nacht an den Bojen bei Unije sind wir weiter über Uvala Kolorat nach Pag. Danach dann über Ilovik und wieder Unije zurück nach Pula. Wir hatten guten Wind und es war ein toller Segeltörn. Einzig die hohen Preise an den Bojen sind mittlerweile wirklich fast schon unverschämt (bis zu 65Euro).

Das Boot war nicht ideal ausgestattet. Der INVERTER war defekt und wir konnten unsere elektronischen Geräte wie Laptops auf See nicht laden. Obwohl das Boot 2023 in Dienst ging, klapperte viel und Details waren bereits defekt.

Toller Service bei First-Class-Sailing in Punat

Wir waren sehr gut betreut vom Personal von First-Class-Sailing, Punat. Das Boot war in einem hervorragenden Zustand undentsprach zu 100% unseren Erwartungen. Die ersten 4 Tage der Charter waren für uns alle an Bord wunderschön. Wir hatten noch ein Relingsnetz erhalten, das leicht selbst zu montieren war und unsere beiden kleinen Mitseglerinnen (5 Jahre und 2 Jahre) konnten sie gut an Bord bewegen. Leider hatten wir dann Mitte der Woche einen kompletten Wetterumschwung, so dass wir das Boot schon am Donnerstag aus Sicherheitgründen zugegeben haben.

Dufour 382 "Lotta"

La barca: "Lotta", un Dufour 382 del 2017, si è rivelata una compagna di viaggio perfetta. Le condizioni della barca erano eccellenti, pulita e ben tenuta. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la cura dei dettagli: l'attrezzatura era completa e funzionante, e anche le piccole richieste che ho fatto prima della partenza, come il serraggio di alcune viti nel tavolo del pozzetto, sono state prontamente soddisfatte. Il personale: Il personale del charter è stato estremamente professionale e cordiale. Vorrei fare un ringraziamento particolare a David, che si è dimostrato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento o consiglio. In particolare, il suo supporto per una previsione meteo accurata in un momento di incertezza è stato davvero utile. La base: La Marina Veruda di Pola è una base comoda e ben organizzata, ma è importante sottolineare che dista circa 35 miglia o più dalle Isole Quarnerine (Lošinj, Cres, Unije, Ilovik, Susak). Questa distanza va considerata attentamente, soprattutto se si prevede di partire il giorno stesso dell'imbarco o se le condizioni meteomarine non sono ottimali. L'isola di Brijuni con il suo bellissimo parco invece è molto vicina, però va prenotata (con questa barca la tariffa dovrebbe essere quella per la lunghezza minore di 11 m). Suggerisco soprattutto a chi non è mai stato in zona di dotarsi di un portolano perché porti e ormeggi sono difficili da prenotare e molto spesso non comprendono tutti i servizi). La mia esperienza è stata comunque senz'altro positiva e tornerei senza problemi ad appoggiarmi a questo charter.

Wir haben es geliebt! Der Katamaran war sehr komfortabel und hatte alles, was wir uns nur wünschen konnten. Es gab viele schöne Ecken, wo man die Sonne und die Umgebung genießen konnte. Besonders gut hat uns das Fly gefallen, wo eine Gruppe von 8 Personen gemütlich an einem Tisch sitzen konnte. Wir haben die Holzböden rundherum auf den Decks genossen. Die Mitarbeiter am Pier waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Fantastica esperienza sul Lagoon 40

Una Vacanza indimenticabile a bordo del catamarano Lagoon 40.Siamo partiti da Marina Veruda con lo skipper Nicola, eravamo due famiglie di 8 persone ( 9 in tutto ) a bordo della comodissima Lagoon 40. Pur avendo già molte altre esperienze di navigazione con Barche a vela, quest’anno ho deciso di noleggiare una Catamarano per fare una crociera tra le isole Quarnerine. È un'area che già conoscevo bene ma con la comodità e stabilità dell'imbarcazione Lagoon 40 tutto è sembrato ancora più rilassante. Sotto riporto l’itinerario che abbiamo percorso: Giorno 1 : Pula (m. Veruda) → Susak / Sansego (38 miglia nautiche) Giorno 2 : Susak / Sansego → Spiaggia di Przine (Ilovik / Asinello) (14 miglia nautiche) Giorno 3 : Spiaggia di Przine → Sveti Ante (Silba / Selve) (11 miglia nautiche) Giorno 4 : Sveti Ante → Baia di Krivika (Losinj / Lussino) (13 miglia nautiche) Giorno 5/6 : Baia di Krivika → Uvala Maracol (Unije / Unie) → Pula Veruda (39 miglia nautiche). Durante tutta la vacanza abbiamo mangiato in barca sfruttando appieno la bella e ampia cucina. Consiglio a tutti il noleggio del Lagoon 40 .. Barca Stupenda!!!

Wir haben das Boot heuer für zwei Wochen mit der Familie gebucht und alles war wunderbar. Das Boot segelt sich wunderbar, ist wendig und leicht zu steuern, ein perfekter Urlaub. Lediglich die Servicebatterie ist etwas schwach und es gibt nicht viel, um seine elektronischen Geräte aufzuladen. Deshalb mussten wir auch einmal in einen Hafen und uns über Nacht an das Stromnetz hängen.

Pula è una buona base di partenza per andare a Sud. In una settimana si possono fare cose molto piacevoli. La base è comoda, il servizio dell'armatore è ottimo. Due piccole segnalazioni: l'ancora in dotazione aveva una geometria imperfetta, quindi ci ha portato a fare numerose manovre. L'armatore ha detto che lo sapeva. La sostituiranno. In base non si può arrivare fino al molo con l'auto, quindi per la cambusa ed i bagagli bisogna servirsi di carrellini.

Eintrag zum Logbuch Adria 2022 Marina Frapa - (Rogoznica- Kroatien) Check In: 14.08.2022 15:30 Uhr Bavaria Cruser 34.2 „ Little Joe“ Länge 9,99m breite 3,42m Alles in Ordnung und sauber, Checkliste durchgegangen, dabei festgestellt das ein Zugseil für das Groß angerissen war! Reklamiert und ist behoben worden! Nun ist alles Ok! (Erst Später bemerkt Toilette voll!) Am 15.08.2022 erste Ausfahrt mit anschließenden Segeln, Segel Hissen und kennenlernen, (Dabei festgestellt das das Groß Klemmt) bei starkem Wind und Seegang Windstärke 5. Aber das was am schlimsten war, ist das die Tankanzeige auf null zeigte! Und wir nicht sicher waren haben wir nun Diesel so viel verbraucht oder ist ein Leck im Tank! Als wir an der Tankstelle nachgefüllt haben waren nur 10 Lieter reingegangen! Also Tankanzeige muß einfach Stimmen! Aber sonst waren wir zu frieden und würden wiederkommen!

Barca mal tenuta, pessimo armatore

In generale la barca, pur essendo quasi nuova, era in pessime condizioni di manutenzione. Indicatori carburante non funzionanti, randa che non si alzava tutta, un oblò rotto e la bombola del gas istallata completamente vuota, per sostituirla siamo dovuti tornare alla base di partenza. Il check in con un ritardo di quasi tre ore, nel check out hanno invaso la barca in 5 mentre eravamo ancora tutti a bordo ed avremmo avuto tutto il diritto di goderci l'ultima sera in barca. Con atteggiamento intimidatorio hanno preteso ed ottenuto un compenso extra di 50 € per il ritardo nel rientro alla base, peraltro dovuto ad un momentaneo malessere dello skipper.

OTTIMA ASSISTENZA E IMBARCAZIONE

Ho noleggiato questa barca con qualche scetticismo in quanto avendo avuto una mia barca sono scettico in generale nel noleggiare; devo dire che la sensazione è stata comunque di un'imbarcazione "pensata" e allestita da chi il mare lo vive e questo non è poco. Estremamente organizzati nell'assitenza al cliente, si sente l'esperienza di chi sa quello che fa.

Barca tenuta bene con solo un piccolo problema di tenuta del serbatoio del gasolio e misuratore della velocità che ogni tanto faceva i capricci. Cose che sicuramente aggiusteranno. La compagnia è stata molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. L'esperienza con Marenauta è stata ottima in tutte le fasi, dalla ricerca della barca al noleggio.

Servizio lento e poca chiarezza

Siamo arrivati a Marina Veruda alle 13 ci hanno prima detto che la barca era pronta per le 14 poi abbiamo invece dovuto aspettare per salpare, le 18:30 (bisognava sbrigare tutta la procedura burocratica che è stata interminabile!) quindi il primo giorno ti è stato bruciato così, in porto nel caldo! Per non parlare di tutte le informazioni scritte esclusivamente in tedesco, non pretendo l’italiano ma l’inglese si, praticamente firmi sulla fiducia! La poca chiarezza sta nel non averci comunicato a voce e nel non scrivere sulle info della barca che il check-out e’ si il sabato alle 9 del mattino ma tassativamente bisogna arrivare in marina (Veruda) ENTRO E NON OLTRE le 17 del venerdì facendoti di fatto perdere un’altra giornata! E’ stato scritto nel preventivo provvisorio ma mai comunicato nelle mail e nelle telefonate prima! La barca e’bella(addirittura c’e Il box doccia in un bagno spaziosissimo - per essere in barca!) la parte superiore grande e confortevole, poco areata perché con pochi oblò pure piccoli la parte sotto, il wi-fi (pagato!) funzionava poco e male. Il voto è insufficiente perché da 6 gg e mezzo (pagati!) alla fine ti vengono ridotti a 5 e mezzo, facendoti sprecare un gg di navigazione(pagato!) Peccato!

- Check-out-time is everywhere communicated as „ The boat must return in base on Friday before 17.00h“. It is written in the voucher from Mr. Paola

- We are always asking to customers to send the crewliste before arrival, otherways we´ll have a delay.

- Mr. Paola handed out the crewlist at arrival - so it was clear the this will cause some waiting time

- Croatian authorities are very strict, so we need to send the crewlist to their system, this takes some time

- Our technical manager cut off half of his finger that day by accident, every customer was informed about this problem

- The head of our servicecrew was ill that day, we apologized to every customer for some delay in service

- We are using checklist in german and in english, we don´t know why a german list was handed out to this skipper

- In case of any claim we always find a way to satisfy ever customer with a voucher for next year, but we don´t think that this will work for Mr. Paola

- Nearly every issue of this skipper is out of our responsibility. A good preparation is always useful tp prevent problems

- We didn´t had any claim like this one from Mr. Paola concerning service and or Check-in
