Wir hatten eine schöne Lagoon 46, die in 2025 einen Refit erhalten hatte. Leider merkte man an manchen Stellen trotzdem das Alter, so z.B. hatten wir keinen vollständigen Satz Geschirr, die Kaffeemaschine war wiederholt kaputt, oder auch die beiden SeaDoo's waren zur Trauer der Kinder kaputt. Ebenso trübte es die Stimmung, dass wir trotz Early Check-in am ersten Tag nicht lossegelten und auch später in der Woche zwei Tage im Hafen blieben - auf Anraten unseres Skippers - und auch nur ein einziges Mal in der Woche die Segel setzten, ansonsten ausschließlich unter Motor fuhren. Alles in Allem war es aber ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit vielen schönen Erinnerungen, ein traumhaftes Revier mit kristallklarem türkisfarbenen Buchten und guten Restaurants.

The boat was in good conditions, even though some things could have been better. There were only very few hooks within the salon to hang things, which was unfortunate. Furthermore there were only few handles to walk stable under deck while sailing. Some things on the boat were broken, even though we could fix them ourself. The staff was nice and supportive.

Poštovani, drago nam je da možemo ostaviti naše dojmove sa odmora i plovidbe na brodu Vella. Proveli smo predivnih tjedan dana, maksimalno smo uživali, brod je itekako komforan za sve nas koji smo bili na brodu, uključujući dijete malo i psa. Što se tiče samog broda, nemamo nekih zamjerki, jedino bi preporučili da se malo bolje iskomunicira sa agencijom koja radi čišćenje, taj dio, obzirom da je jedan od wc-a od samog iplovljavanja, pa do kraja odmora konstantno imao neugodan miris, tokom puštanja vode u isti, pa smo nekako to 'krpali' cijelim putem. Funkcionalnost broda je maksimalna, za sve stvari smo imali mjesta, kuhinja i sve u njoj odlično je bilo, kao i stražnji dio broda (boravak), gdje smo provodili jako puno vremena. Sve u svemu, jedno pozitivno, lijepo i novo iskustvo za sve nas, te vjerujemo kako ćemo iduće godine ponovno zaploviti jednim od vaših brodova.

We chartered the Catamaran Arkab in Olbia. This 2018 boat has been chartered in Caribbean until March of 2025 and in April when arrived in Italy went thru some basic repairs. The boat was beaten up, cushions were old and ripped, lack of some basic cocking supplies, no microwave oven, no fans in cabins, no TV set, some reading lights not working. Months before the trip, I asked about a place to hold some luggage and over the phone I was informed by Marenauta, that Dream Yatch base has a place to keep it. This was not correct, and I was informed only at my arrival at the base that we only had space for 2 luggage although we were a crew of 10. By chance, the skipper came in with a car and we put all luggage inside his car. I asked Marenauta the skipper’s and hostess’s phones weeks before the trip to organize my vacation, however, I was informed by Marenauta the contact numbers only at the date of the departure. Due to the lack of response from Marenauta about such contacts, I managed to call Dream Yatch directly and got the phones numbers a week before. Those things show that Marenauta has no clue of the conditions of the Dream Yatch base which is not good when compared to Portisco, there is no service near the base. We paid for early checkin and we only were free to leave by 3:30 PM with little difference from the standard 5:00 PM time. The inventory at the boat was not fully checked and the dinghy had no rows, thus we had limited use of the dinghy. Finally, last night some of the crew had an unpleasant discussion with the skipper over the place to stay as we were tied to a gasoline station in Aranci Port with choppy conditions, although better places were available such as the place we spent in the day after. If known in advance the conditions of the place, probably the discussions could be avoided.

Die Mitarbeiter am Standort waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider gab es am Boot schwere Mängel, die zum Teil bei der Übernahme noch nicht ersichtlich war. - Der Inverter am Boot war schon mit der gleichzeitigen Ladung von 3 Handy Akkus überfordert - keine Chance eine Kaffeemaschine oder einen Föhn zu betreiben. Der Inverter war wirklich nur Schrott. -In dere Steurerbord Heckkabine gab es massiven Dieselgeruch während des Törns. Wir waren nur 4 Personen, deshalb konnten wir diese Kabine meiden. -Der Schwarzwassertank beim WC der Heckkabine war nicht dicht, genau gesagt die Verschraubung vom Schwarzwassereinlauf in den Tank. Übler Geruch im Naßraum war die Folge. Wir haben es während des Törns notdürftig abgedichtet. - Die Matratzen sollten unbedingt getauscht werden, weil sie wirklich schon große Eintiefungen haben. -Der Anker hat sich beim Ankern mit der Ankerspitze nach oben oder zur Seite gedreht. Es gab praktisch keinen Halt dadurch. Ein sicheres Ankern war nicht möglich, auch nicht auf Sandgrund. Schwer zu sagen, was da das Problem ist. Der Mitarbieter von Dream Yacht hat uns aber bestätigt, dass sich bereits anderes Skipper über den Anker beschwert haben. So ein Anker gefährdet die Sicherheit der Crew.

La vacanza è stata molto piacevole grazie alla bellezza dei luoghi al poco affollamento, anche in relazione ad alcuni giorni di vento forte (e divertente, anche se impegnativo…fino a oltre 40kn). La barca era del 2020 (scelta perché avrebbe dovuto avere, il desalinizzatore, che in realtà NON aveva)e come tale aveva una serie di problemi non gravi ma legati alla vetustà. Il forte vento ha rotto il plexiglas di un passa uomo di prua che siamo riusciti a riparare comprando silicone, nastro isolante ed attrezzi che in barca mancavano. I fondamentali (scafo, vele, toilet) erano ok ma vari piccoli aspetti a contorno ( attrezzature, bozzelli, porte, fornelli, tavolo interno etc erano “provati” dal tempo con poca cura dalla base di Lavrio. E’ grave che venga pubblicato il desalinizzatore che non c’era. Se lo avessi saputo avrei scelto una barca più recente. A Lavrio ho notato operatori in loco più professionali e con barche più nuove. La prossima crociera alle Cicladi la prenoterei con loro.
