Sehr windiger Törn

Lavrio ist sehr gut als Ausgangshafen für Törns in die nördlichen Kykladen oder Euböa. Die Olympic Marina halte ich hier für besser, da deutlich ruhiger, als den Stadthafen von Lavrio.Die Check-In und Check-Out Prozedur von Charter mittels App die man herunterladen muss hat mir nicht gefallen.

This season we used the App in order to make the contactless Check-in

We understand that you might did not like the App for the digital check-in.

However this was for us important due to covid and a contactless check-in is for all of us better.

Next season we will offer both check-in procedures optional. So the client can decide to use either the traditional check-in or the new digital check-in.

If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that your next sailing experience will be will be perfect.

Schaden am Boot

Wir hatten eine leichte Bodenberührung mit dem Boot. Daraufhin hielt man uns 2000 Eur von den 4000 Eur Kaution ab. Man sagte uns es wäre ein Loch im Rumpf und Beschädigungen am Ruder. Das ist überhaupt nicht möglich weil das Ruder ja viel tiefer liegt als der Rumpf, also beides gleichzeitig ist nicht möglich und es war auch nur eine leichte Berührung in Primosten. Das hat der Marineiro uns dort auch bestätigt. Bevor wir das Boot gechartert haben, wollte ich eine Versicherung abschliessen, die die Selbstbeteiligung im Falle eines Schadens abdeckt. Das war aber leider nicht möglich.... Ich habe das bei anderen verchartert Firmen immer so gemacht. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Jean-Pierre Fallin
