My team of four sailors recently rented a Dufour 360 sailboat from Yachting in Sardinia, departing from Portisco. While the natural beauty of Sardinia greatly enhanced our sailing experience, certain issues with your services significantly impacted our overall satisfaction. Positive Highlights: - Crossing to Boniface, France, was breathtaking. - Anchoring near the island - Cruising alongside dolphins. However, our enthusiasm was dampened by several service-related issues that we encountered: Technical Problems: We experienced issues with both the anchor and the pump, which delayed our departure from the harbor. Consequently, we lost one of our seven sailing days. Despite this inconvenience, we received no apology or compensation for the lost time. Excessive Additional Pricing: - Charged 90 EUR for a 20-minute taxi ride - Charged 85 EUR charge for a 30-minute wait at the supermarket (???) These experiences suggest that the agency prioritizes upselling services over ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay for its clients. We advise the management of Yachting in Sardinia to evaluate these issues internally and consider making improvements. Addressing such concerns will undoubtedly enhance the overall customer experience. This feedback is solely meant for the support team, not the technical team who did an amazing job. Grazie Pablo!
