Schönes Schiff aber nicht gut gepflegt/gereinigt

Gut ausgestattetes Schiff, welches zu spät übergeben wurde, weil der Anker getauscht wurde. Das Schiff wurde deshalb auch nicht gründlich gereinigt. Zudem gab es während des Turn Probleme mit dem neuen Anker, da die Sicherung nicht richtig für den Anker ausgelegt wurde.

The client mistreated his brand new windlass trying to pull his anchor from the sea bottom and blew a fuse.

Please find the official communication in text messages between him and our technical team, attached in pdf format.

We tried to be polite to him and we did not point to his mistreating the equipment, because we did not want him to feel bad.

Anybody who knows the basic functioning of a windlass will understand.

We disclose this information as a response to his inaccurate report.

He complained about the cleanliness of the fridge during check-in, which was immediately taken care of. We asked him if there was anything else and he expressed his satisfaction with everything else.

Additionally, the client tore the bimini, but we did not charge him, since the repair cost was only 100 Euro.

We regret that he is treating us in the way he is treating us. It seems that you cannot always win, despite your efforts.

Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.

Barca presa con sconto in condizioni non eccellenti, ma per il prezzo pagato sono estremamente soddisfatto. Piccola incomprensione in mare con personale addetto, risolta con l’armatore che si è dimostrato molto gentile, operativo ed efficiente, con check in-out molto veloce. Sicuramente rifarei il noleggio, specialmente per la gestione del cliente dimostrata dal proprietario e i consigli della ragazza al check in. Per essere onesto non lo rifarei a prezzo pieno - senza offerta- per quel periodo (prima settimana di settembre) ma nel complesso consiglio marenauta e armatore.
