Damage waiver
+ Refundable Security Deposit 700 €/per charter. Our security policy reduces the client's financial liability in the event of damage to the yacht, damage or loss of ancillary equipment or damage caused by a third party during the charter. The Damage waiver is not refundable under any circumstances and covers loss or accident to the yacht, the equipment, or third party and all risks of damage/theft, whether through negligence or malicious intent, by the skipper or the clients. The refundable deposit covers any damage or loss over the damage waiver amount and the customer's total financial liability will not exceed the amount of the damage waiver and the refundable deposit. If during the charter period, damage occurs that does not allow the rental to continue unless it is repaired, the cost of the damage is immediately deducted from the paid deposit and an equal amount is charged to the guarantee card. Coverage: It covers any loss or accident involving the yacht, its equipment, or a third party, including all risks of damage or theft, whether due to negligence or malicious intent by the skipper or clients. Indemnification: It indemnifies all parties involved in all cases. Additional Weeks: For any additional week of the charter, an extra Damage Waiver charge will apply, amounting to half of the standard Damage Waiver cost. The payment of either the Refundable Security Deposit or the Damage Waiver applies solely to one major incident at a time. Suppose there is a loss or damage to high-value equipment (such as an outboard engine or dinghy, sails, mast). In that case, the Charterer has the right to a replacement or repair, on the condition that a new Refundable Security Deposit is paid promptly upon receiving the replacement or completion of the repair.

Super Wind, viele Sonne!  
Die Voraussetzungen für einen flotten Törn waren ideal - Wind mit mindestens 20 Knoten und sonnig! Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Segel waren nach 4 Jahren leider schon überaltert, das laufende Gut und die Leinen waren ok. Das Dinghi hatte ein Loch und war unbrauchbar.

Die Sun Odyssey 50DS ist ein altes aber perfektes Schiff für alle die keine Badeplattform sondern ein Segelboot wollen. Der Service im Hafen war sehr gut und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Posti meravigliosi e pochissima gente. La base di Piso Livadi è carinissima non ho avuto alcun problema con la consegna della barca. La barca era un po' "troppo" vecchia e malconcia , il fiocco rotto già in partenza considerando che in quei luoghi il Meltemi soffia a 35kts di media e la cabina era malconcia coi i wc che facevano abbastanza puzza. L'unico problema avuto e che mi ha dato abbastanza fastidio è che in arrivo dalla setttimana con vento in porto a 30 kts non ho avuto nessun aiuto dal personale della base per l'ormeggio, nessun corpo morto ma ancora - poteva finire male !!! Dovreste verificare sempre lo stato delle barche a noleggio considerando che le paghiamo molto. Grazie Patrizio

The Damage waiver is not refundable under any circumstances and covers loss or accident to the yacht, the equipment, or third party and all risks of damage/theft, whether through negligence or malicious intent, by the skipper or the clients. The refundable deposit covers any damage or loss over the damage waiver amount and the customer's total financial liability will not exceed the amount of the damage waiver and the refundable deposit. If during the charter period, damage occurs that does not allow the rental to continue unless it is repaired, the cost of the damage is immediately deducted from the paid deposit and an equal amount is charged to the guarantee card. Non-refundable: The Damage Waiver is not refundable under any circumstances. The refundable deposit covers any damage or loss over the damage waiver amount, and the customer's total financial liability will not exceed the amount of the damage waiver and the refundable deposit. Coverage: It covers any loss or accident involving the yacht, its equipment, or a third party, including all risks of damage or theft, whether due to negligence or malicious intent by the skipper or clients. Indemnification: It indemnifies all parties involved in all cases. Additional Weeks: For any additional week of the charter, an extra Damage Waiver charge will apply, amounting to half of the standard Damage Waiver cost. The payment of either the Refundable Security Deposit or the Damage Waiver applies solely to one major incident at a time. Suppose there is a loss or damage to high-value equipment (such as an outboard engine or dinghy, sails, mast). In that case, the Charterer has the right to a replacement or repair, on the condition that a new Refundable Security Deposit is paid promptly upon receiving the replacement or completion of the repair.
