The Bali 5.4 Open Space redefines luxury whether you’re relaxing in the spacious saloon, lounging in the forward cockpit, or enjoying panoramic views from the flybridge. With its open-plan design and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, the Bali 5.4 exudes the luxury and comfort typically found on much larger yachts.
Obligatory services are: charter fee, skipper, hostess and advance provisioning allowance for the crew to prepare the boat according to your wishes. RIB Highfield 360 with console that has an engine of 30 HP is also included in the price as well as two stand up paddles and snorkeling sets for underwater experience. Non è chiara la posizione del benzinaio della marina. Non è segnata sulle mappe. La barca che avevamo scelto non era disponibile per guasto e ce ne hanno data una più grande e migliore allo stesso prezzo quindi siamo soddisfatti del servizio. La barca era in buono stato, non eccellente ma buono.

We had a wonderful experience chartering a sailing yacht with this company and would highly recommend them. From the very beginning, the team at the office made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to our charter manager, Filip, who guided us through the entire handover process with great professionalism and patience. Throughout our charter, he was always available, responsive, and happy to help whenever we had a question or needed assistance. It was very reassuring to know we could count on him during our trip. The yacht itself was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean upon arrival, which made a great first impression and allowed us to start our holiday in the best possible way. Overall, everything was well organized, communication was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our family sailing holiday and would be happy to charter with this company again in the future. Thank you for making our vacation such a memorable one!

Good boat, effortless return,

The boat was in good condition and cleaned well. Check-in and check-out was effortless and without issues. Only on the day of the return, there was limited information on where to refuel and when entering the harbour no one instructed us on where they want the boat docked.

Von der Buchung bei Marenauta, der Übernahme der Yacht, dem Törn und der Rückgabe der Yacht hat alles Super und reibungslos funktioniert. Die Yacht war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Unser Betreuer Vorort, Iwan von Croatia Yachting, war sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Er war auch während dem Törn bei Fragen jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Wir würden die Yacht jederzeit sofort wieder chartern.

Mängel: - Achterkabine ohne Licht. Reparatur dauerte den ganzen Sa-Abend. - Kühlschrank hat initial nicht funktioniert. Über den versteckten Schalter wurden wir nicht aufgeklärt. - Küchenausstattung mangelhaft, wie zB. Kaffeemaschine ohne Griff. Stumpfe Rüstmesser. Es wurde alles am Sa-Abend, bis ca. 22:00, repariert bzw. ersetzt. Es dauerte allerdings lange. Dabei konnten wir den Abend unter uns nicht geniessen. Davon abgesehen lief alles gut. Das Boot hat so funktioniert wie es sollte. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit Marenauta - die sind auf Fragen eingegangen, zeitnahe Antworten, professioneller Eindruck.

Wetter, das Wasser und Flair sind wie immer zur dieser Jahreszeit hervorragend. Das einzige was uns Stört sind die Preise für Bojen und Hafengebühren.

Barca molto bella! Buon servizio. Occhio all’early check in

Marca moderna, molto bella e spaziosa. Occhio che ha pochi govoni per mettere via la cambusa. Mancava spazio anche per stilare correttamente i salvagenti: ci occupavano un posto letto intero. Alla consegna della barca, la spiaggetta non era funzionante, elettricamente. Nonostante avessimo richiesto in anticipo l’early check-in, non era già più disponibile, quindi è importante chiederlo il prima possibile.

Super Törn aber mit unschönen Überraschungen

Nachdem unser eigentliches Boot, eine D&D 54, durch einen Unfall nicht mehr zur Verfügung stand, sind mir mithilfe der überaus engagierten Marenauta Mitarbeiter auf eine Hanse 510 als Ersatz gekommen. Schönes Boot, unkompliziert Übergabe aber….. ein für ein so großes Boot nicht ganz unbedeutendes Detail wurde und verschwiegen. Der Hauptwassertank war nicht in Betrieb und so standen uns nur die Hälfte der eigentlichen Frischwasserkapazität für 12 Personen zu Verfügung. Eigentlich nicht schlimm, aber wenn man plant überwiegend an Bojen oder vor Anker zu nächtigen….. Uns so kam es, dass der Frischwasservorrat plötzlich leer war. Also umplanen, Häfen mit Wasser ansteuern und weiter…. Als Fazit kann ich aber nur positives berichten, angefangen bei der unterstütz Der Ersatzbeschaffung eines geeigneten Charterbootes für 12 Personen - danke Marenauta! Das war professionell und vorbildlich.

Bellissima vacanza, soprattutto grazie alle comodità offerte da "La Brisa" L'Hanse 410 ha un pozzetto grandissimo che con i tavoli divisi ed abbattibili si vive pienamente sia in navigazione che quando si è fermi, all'ancora o in porto. Belli anche gli interni con spazi ampi ed una bella altezza da vivere senza dover stare attenti alla testa, la dinette è spaziosa ed i 2 frigoriferi permettono di avere sempre riserve fresche. Avevamo timore di avere poca acqua invece i serbatoio di fatto erano maggiori rispetto alle informazioni ricevute. Nel pozzetto c'era soltanto un gavone, a fronte di una cabina di poppa molto più ampia. Infine la spiaggetta di poppa, bella ma forse sarebbe più utile elettrica anzichè manuale. Comunque una delle migliori barche charterizzate, la consiglio tranquillamente.

Ottima la barca, mediocre l’assistenza

La barca era in ottime condizioni e di recente costruzione. L’indicatore del carburante era malfunzionante e siamo rimasti senza benzina l’ultimo giorno. Abbiamo chiamato per assistenza ma nessuno ci ha aiutati. Siamo stati alla deriva per oltre 2 ore mentre siamo andati a fare benzina con il tender in mare aperto.

Unser Urlaub war wunderbar, das wetter perfekt und der Wind auch. Das Boot ließ sich gut segeln, ist aber ziemlich gebraucht. Die Innenausstattung wies einige Mängel auf, die nur notdürftig repariert wurden. und am Ende mussten wir auch noch einen SAchaden bezahlen, weil sich eine Fischerschnur um die Schiffsschraube gewickelt hatte, was wir natürlich nicht bemerkt hatten.

Le condizioni della barca non erano delle migliori: 1) i terzaroli della randa erano rotti e montati in maniera errata per cui è risultato pressoché impossibile utilizzare la vela 2) un Winch era rotto ed inutilizzabile 3) il motorino idraulico che consentiva di alzare/abbassare uno dei due tavoli posti nel pozzetto non era funzionante per cui il pano d'appoggio non poteva essere utilizzato come prendisole. 4) un oblò in cabina era stato riparato in maniera molto approssimativa; 5) il binocolo era rotto Stupidamente durante il Chek-in non abbiamo chiesto di issare la randa ed il fiocco per verificarne le condizioni per cui una volta in mare non ci è stato possibile veleggiare... Eccessivo, anche se ovviamente lo sapevamo prima, ci è sembrato sia il costo delle pulizie (ben €. 380,00) che il costo del motore del tender (€. 100,00) ed usato una sola volta. La prossima volta staremo più attenti....

Törn mit verzögertem Start wegen Problem mit Backbord Maschine

Mit den Leistungen vor dem Antritt unserer Reise, vom ersten Angebot bis zum Boarding pass und dem Transfer vom Flughafen zur Marina waren wir vollumfänglich zufrieden. Die Begrüssung in der Marina war freundlich und das Checkin unkompliziert. Leider mussten wir bei den Vorbereitungen zum Auslaufen feststellen das die linke Maschine (Backbord) eine Störung anzeigte und dadurch nur im abgesicherten Modus gelaufen ist. Auslaufen war so am Samstag, den 01.06.2024 nicht möglich. Die Instandstellung der Maschine hat dann bis am Sonntag, den 02.06.2024 um ca. 16.00 Uhr gedauert. Auslaufen war somit erst am Montag den 03.06.23024 möglich. Durch den Vorfall haben wir eineinhalb Charter- bzw. Ferientage verloren. Der Base Manager hat uns eine entsprechende Entschädigung für die verlorene Zeit zugesichert. Bei Checkout hat Croatia Yachting den Vorfall schriftlich bestätigt und uns angewiesen die Rückforderung an Croatia Yachting Aleksandra Borjan zu richten. Auf unser E-Mail vom 10. Juni 2024 haben wir leider bis heute keine Antwort von Croatia Yachting erhalten.

Es war das erste mal, dass eine extra App fürs Chartern heruntergeladen werden musste. Das ist ok, aber bringt für mich als Mieter keine Nutzen. Egal, Checkin war tip top. Die Yacht ist leicht zu bedienen. Segel ok. Die Selbstwendefock ist praktisch, aber nicht unbedingt leistungsstark.

Hallo, im Großen und Ganzen haben wir einen sehr schönen Segeltörn (der 15.) verbracht. Da wir unsere Routen selbst planen, gab es in dieser Hinsicht keine Probleme. Was mir aufgefallen ist, die Liege-Kosten in einigen Marinas sind unproportional gestiegen, auch an den Bojen! Kosten mit der erbrachten Leistung passen nicht.

Check In nicht wie vereinbart um/nach 19 Uhr

Sehr schönes Boot. Lediglich der zugesicherte und damit auch geplante Check In um 17 Uhr hat nicht funktioniert. Wir mussten geschlagene 2 Stunden warten bis wir um 19 Uhr endlich auf unser Boot konnten. Mit der Übergabe wurde es dann 19:30 Uhr bis wir unseren Urlaub beginnen konnten. Der weitere Verlauf und auch die Rückgabe des Bootes verliefen reibungslos. Die Abwicklung über Marenauta war wieder einwandfrei.

We are sorry to hear clients were not happy with boat’s condition and our service.

There were no bigger issues during this charter week – they’ve had an issue with jib and anchor remote control which we have fixed on Sunday, immediately after they reported it (within 24h, as per our charter conditions).

Since they were not so happy on the check out, they agreed with our base manager that we refund them amount paid for outboard engine, as a compensation.

Exeptional sailboat rent experience - Elafiti Islands on Hanse 385 ...

Great sailing experience with Marenauta - Charter Company - ACI Dubrovnik. Everything from our last-minute booking to check-in the experience was excellent, except some issues with credit card acceptance for insurance deposit purposes, resulting in one month needed to refund the funds. The boat itself which was Hanse 385 was a really nice surprise for me after a couple of Bavarias similarly sized. Comfortable enough for 4 of us, well equipped and in a good shape. The staff in ACI in Komolac were very friendly, from Mr. Davor who was knowledgeable and relaxed, showing us every technical detail on the sailboat. Special thanks to technical support service. I had some troubles with dinghy motor which didn't want to start when we where at Šunj Beach on Lopud Island. I was offered for the engine swap on the Šipan island, where we anchored, within two hours from contacting the team. This surely surpassed my expectations. Mljet and it's aquatory was already known for us but the oldest National Park at the Adriatic always surprises. Prožura and Okuklje coves were the most charming for us and they are really hidden gems. Keep on the good work!

Boot mit vielen Fehlern

Kaum angekommen, mussten wir hinnehmen, das der gebuchte und bezahlte ! Gennacker nicht vorhanden war. Zusätzlich war das Boot nur mit einer extrem schwergängigen Rollfock ausgestattet, die für die Größe des Schiffs (51 feet) zu klein bemessen war. Nicht schließende Klappen, ein zwar neuer aber nicht im Grundgelenk drehbarer Anker, ein nicht absenkbarer Cockpit Tisch wurden zwar bei der Rückgabe vom Vercharterer als " bekannt " klassifiziert, aber mit dem Hinweis auf " end of season" einfach hingenommen. Danke. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Obwohl das Boot einige Jahre alt ist, ist es in einem guten Zustand. Alles war funktionsfähig. Neues Großsegel, das den Namen verdient. Bauartbedingte eingeschränkte Stehhöhe im vorderen Bereich des Salons. Bimini muss während Fahrt unter Segel eingeholt werden, da Großshot durch diese hindurchführt. Gut geeignet für Einhandsegler.

Traumferien in Kroatien

Der Katamaran "Salty Dragon" war top und in gutem Zustand, es halt alles funktioniert wie es sollte. Bis zum Checkin hat sehr lange gedauert, was aber oftmals der Fall ist. Raumangebot im Kat war für 4 Paare optimal. Das ging leider auf Kostend er Segeleigenschaften, die doch sehr dürftig sind. Da kommt keine grosse Segelfreude auf. Ansonsten Wetter top, Wasser super und die Buchten ein Traum. Nur das immens gestiegene Preisgefüge gegenüber Vorjahren, auch auf den Ausseninseln, lässt einem zweimal überlegen, so schnell wiederzukommen.

Hanse MALA 355 del 2012. Che fosse un'imbarcazione datata, lo sapevo, ma che gli anni che ha li si sente tutti, non immaginavo. Strumentazione in pozzetto, insufficiente. Manca il plotter cartografico e il pilota automatico spesso non funziona (come mi è stato peraltro riferito al momento del chek in). Il salpa ancora deve costantemente essere accompagnato manualmente per spostare la catena che in fase di raccolta si accumula sotto e l'accumulo provoca il fermo della risalita della catena (come mi è stato peraltro riferito al momento del chek in). Diverse parti dello scafo con visibili danni.

Wetter perfekt Wind perfekt Check In war etwas mühsam, Übergabe wiederum unproblematisch. Anreise ein Wahnsinn enorm viel Stau, Charter sollte auch unter der Woche möglich sein.

New boat with hidden flaw, in search for electricity

We started late, because base crew forgot to put on the safety net. After two days we ran out of electricity as we could not recharge on motor. While looking for a recharge and altering schedule we still managed to get a nice trip all the way to Lastovo. The boat is slow in speed and in manouvre.

Boot war in einem super Zustand! Der Stützpunkt-Mitarbeiter der die Einschulung/Übernahme gemacht hat, war ziemlich gestresst. Bei der Vielzahl an Übergaben zwar verständlich, aber es wäre schön, wenn man das nicht ganz so deutlich zu spüren bekommt. Man muss aber sagen, dass trotzdem alle Stützpunkt-Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit waren und alle Wünsche erfüllt wurden!

A Kastel Gomilica in barca

La settimana dal 03/08 al 10/08 con l’Hanse 505 è stata perfetta. Il charter organizzatissimo, lo skipper bravo ed esperto. La barca comoda e ben tenuta. Siamo riusciti a vedere tutto quello che ci eravamo prefissati per la buona capacità dello skipper a decidere i tempi per gli spostamenti e il meteo che ci ha aiutati. Devo dire inoltre che la vostra organizzazione è impeccabile, paziente ed efficiente. Cordiali saluti. Marco

Wir hatten wunderschönes Wetter und Wind und haben schöne Orte wie Buchten und Städte gesehen. Boot funktionierte einwandfrei und hatten kaum Probleme. Einziger kleiner Mangel auf dem Boot, war daß es keine Kaffemaschine gab.

Posti bellissimi ripetutamente collaudati negli anni passati. Costi un po' elevati nelle marine e nei ristoranti ove accettano sempre di meno gli euro. Imbarcazione immatricolata nel 2019 (Hanse 508) quindi in ottimo stato anche se presentava alla consegna alcune draglie di poppa piegate e quindi difficilmente estensibili evidentemente a causa di un uso improprio da parte dei precedenti utilizzatori. Il supermercato della Marina di Kastela dovrebbe essere maggiormente rifornito e anche qui non si accettano gli euro. Il cliente per procurarsi le Kune è costretto ad uscire dalla marina ove dovrebbe potersi reperire un ufficio cambiavalute. Riterrei opportuno che vi sia anche personale addetto ai check in in grado di parlare la lingua italiana visto il considerevole numero di italiani che noleggiano gli yachts; consiglio inoltre che quando il cliente al momento della presa in carico della imbarcazione chiede al personale addetto di poter verificare il corretto funzionamento del gennaker (e le condizioni meteo ovviamente lo consentano), non si veda opporre un rifiuto come nella fattispecie motivato con il fatto di dovere eseguire il check in per altre imbarcazioni. il cliente che ha pagato anche la fornitura del detto extra ha infatti il diritto, se lo chiede, di ottenere la verifica preventiva che tutto sia in ordine e che gli venga dedicato tutto il tempo necessario. Inoltre viene fatto sottoscrivere il foglio del check al cliente il quale però in certi casi è costretto a firmare al buio, in quanto non è messo nelle condizioni di verificare che effettivamente il bene in questione che con la spunta ha deliberato sia effettivamente privo di difetti. Mi riferisco per esempio alle condizioni dello scafo alla consegna che ovviamente non è possibile visionare per cui bisogna affidarsi alla correttezza dell'armatore.

Serbatoio Acqua con perdita.

Barca nuovissima, in acqua da 4 mesi, ma purtroppo con qualche problema. Il serbatoio acqua dolce aveva una perdita, con conseguente sentina piena di acqua dolce e serbatoio sempre vuoto. Per il resto tutto ok, charter disponibile e personale cortese.

First of all thank you for choosing us for your holiday. We are really sorry to hear that the boat did not fulfill your expectations, we always do our best to provide the best service possible. However, we would like to draw attention to a few details from your review that, in our opinion, need a bit more clarification.

We are really glad to see that you are satisfied with the service and the crew in the base. Regarding the problem with the water our assumption is that the cockpit shower was not handled properly meaning that the switch on shower handle was closed but that the valve was not closed every time after the showering in the cockpit – that way water from the water tank can end up really fast and easy in the bilges of the boat.

We would also like to highlight that this is the first complaint of this sort that we have for this boat – so far the reviews for the boat were really good.

We hope that you will find our argument acceptable and give us the chance to welcome you as our guest on one of our boats in the future.

Super Törn, Nebensaison wäre zwar besser, aber wir sind den Massen ausgewichen und haben viel gebuchtelt.
