Lavrio-Milos bella esperienza con tanto vento  
Bella vacanza con un Dufour 530 in teoria super accessoriato con aria condizionata, dissalatore e gruppo elettrogeno, peccato che al check-in ci avvisano che il dissalatore non funziona.Trovato un accordo con la concessione di due stand up paddel in uso gratuito, siamo partiti con già 25 nodi di vento che non hanno consentito la verifica dello stato delle vele.Infatti alla prima apertura ci siamo resi conto che il rollaranda era incastrato ed abbiamo dovuto faticare non poco per sbloccarlo. La settimana è trascorsa in condizioni di vento forte, ma fresco (mai usato il condizionatore). Posti tranquilli con acque cristalline intorno a Milos.Poi prudentemente, abbiamo anticipato il rientro a Lavrio cusa previsioni meteo che annunciavano 30/35 nodi di vento; fare manovre in porto con un 53 piedi non è facile con l'elica di prua che andava continuamente in protezione e ti abbandonava sul più bello. La sorpresa finale al check-out è stata l'imputazione di un danno alla pala del timone certificata da un video alla data di rientro, peccato che non mi abbiano fatto vedere le immagini della settimana precedente. Totale del danno 150 euro (pochi secondo me), ma difficilmente il danno sarà stato riparato con la barca in acqua e i charter a seguire. Rimane il sospetto che ci facciano cassa per tutta la stagione.

Hello,

The watermaker indeed did not work so the clients were offered 2 x SUPs as compensation. They agreed it was enough.

When the yacht came back, the diver found a scratch in the rudder and asked us 150 euro for repairing it.

Whether it was repaired immediately or later is not relevant to whether the cost itself is fair & reasonable.

The clients are free to dive and check the underwater of the yacht at the start of the trip if they need to make sure everything is ok. I wish the client had dived so that not he did not believe we charged him for something he did not do.

I was actually there and he did not seem to have any issue with the damage/charge. He signed he agreed. On the other hand, his english was not very good so maybe I missed something.

Verbesserungspotenzial ist da.  
Zu wenig Reinigungskräfte, die Boote werden teilweise noch um 17 Uhr gereinigt(in unserem Fall nur innen). Defekte Kartenplotter, Ersatzgerät(Tablett) hat auch nicht funktioniert, DSC Funkgerät ohne GPS Daten. Aussenborder war defekt, wurde in 2 Tagen getauscht. Der Basemanager ist immer erreichbar gewesen und hat sich gut und kompetent verhalten. Ansonst ist der technischer Zustand vom Boot ist gut gewesen.

Hellenic review  
Overall experience was great. The boat was great, Lefkada was exceptional. It really was the holiday of a life time. Check in was disorganised and the Hellenic staff were not very friendly, but to be fair if we had a problem the contact guy was very responsive and sorted us out quickly.
