Marenauta e Charter

L’organizzazione di Marenauta è stata ok ma la barca pur essendo molto Marina è tenuta malissimo. Ho segnalato al check out tutte le anomalie riscontrate durante l’utilizzo della stessa: i fornelli senza fermo pentole. Forno difettoso nell’apertura. Tender bucato che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare e quindi anche la benzina in lattina la abbiamo regalata. Perdite riscontrate a fronte di un temporale da passauomo e più grave osteriggi di sinistra Vele non adeguate perché la randa non poteva essere completamente sbandata all’esterno in quanto le crocette troppo acquartierate glielo impedivano. Stopper alcuni usurati. Salvagente obbligatorio che se non stavi attento te lo perdevo in mare. Piccole cose che messe insieme ti fanno dire peccato. Barca bella ma assolutamente mal tenuta.

Barca pulita e ottima organizzazione. Check in solo un po'troppo veloce ma hanno risolto ogni nostra richiesta. Compagnia ben organizzata.

Abbiamo trovato una barca in buono stato salvo un problema al GPS che era stato rubato recentemente è sostituito con un tablet. Le isole dell'arcipelago di fronte a Spalato sono piene di baie proprio cassone

Serbatoio Acqua con perdita.

Barca nuovissima, in acqua da 4 mesi, ma purtroppo con qualche problema. Il serbatoio acqua dolce aveva una perdita, con conseguente sentina piena di acqua dolce e serbatoio sempre vuoto. Per il resto tutto ok, charter disponibile e personale cortese.

First of all thank you for choosing us for your holiday. We are really sorry to hear that the boat did not fulfill your expectations, we always do our best to provide the best service possible. However, we would like to draw attention to a few details from your review that, in our opinion, need a bit more clarification.

We are really glad to see that you are satisfied with the service and the crew in the base. Regarding the problem with the water our assumption is that the cockpit shower was not handled properly meaning that the switch on shower handle was closed but that the valve was not closed every time after the showering in the cockpit – that way water from the water tank can end up really fast and easy in the bilges of the boat.

We would also like to highlight that this is the first complaint of this sort that we have for this boat – so far the reviews for the boat were really good.

We hope that you will find our argument acceptable and give us the chance to welcome you as our guest on one of our boats in the future.
