Perfect, amazing checkin process digitalised, with clear boat instructions andcrecommendations

We charted the "Grey Pearl" a Oceanis 38, a 2016 model, not new but for the age, she was in very good condition and just got brand new sails! Communication with the office was a bit "tricky", as they are a small team and didn't always answer. But we asked Batana Navtik to organized a shuttle for us from Trieste to Izola and they did, which was very helpful for us! The handover of the vessel took a bit of time as it was not ready as we arrived, but we could manage to leave on Saturday evening which is always great to do. We only had one electronical issue with the nav plotter during charter (all the other systems on bord worked perfectly) and Goran, the manager, came out to us (we were already in Croatia) and fixed it, that was a great service! We booked the gennaker as an option but also with the standard sails, this boat is a pleasure to sail and with the heating and the bimini its the perfect boat to start in to the med season in April!

Ein perfekter Urlaub! Guter Service mit hoher Dienstleistungskompetenz. Das Boot war sehr gut - super Wasserlinie. Das neue Boot (Jg 2026) hatte noch kleine „Anfangsmängel“, welche jedoch keine grössere Probleme darstellten. Die Vorteile haben dies locker aufgehoben. Grossen Dank an das Team in Spanien

I rented a sailing boat (monohull) from this charter last February and the experience was overall excellent. We sailed for two weeks, exploring both the Gulf of Phuket and the Andaman Sea, enjoying unique landscapes and perfect weather conditions. The boat was in great condition, clean, and well-equipped for a long-term charter. The team proved to be very competent and professional, especially during the check-in and check-out phases. The only minor area for improvement concerns communication during the trip: on a few occasions, it was a bit difficult to get in touch with the base regarding some minor issues we encountered on board, for which we didn't receive a timely response. Despite this, the quality of the fleet and the beauty of the itinerary made for a wonderful holiday. I would definitely recommend this operator to anyone looking for reliability in Thailand, with just a small suggestion to refine their live support during the rental. We will definitely be back!

Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende gut betreut gefühlt. Der Kontakt zum Stationsmanager war stets gut und seine Hinweise sehr hilfreich. Während eines Sturmes mit Orkanartigen Böen wurden wir ortskundig beraten ebenso wie mit der idealen Zeit der Rückkehr. Abschließend nun die Drohung: wir kommen wieder ;)
