POSTI MERAVIGLIOSI E CATAMARANO BEN MANTENUTO

L'Arcipelago della Maddalena, l'Isola Tavolara, il golfo di Orosei e Cala Gonone sono meravigliosi. Il catamarano Lagoon 450, pur essendo anzianotto, era in ottimo di stato di manutenzione. Armatore cordiale, preciso e corretto Quindi: tutto ok.

Una vacanza eccezionale, da rifare.

Le isole ioniche sono il paradiso del charterista: sole, vento, mare calmo, isole bellissime e incontaminate. Lefkada è la base perfetta, facilmente raggiungibile e rifornita. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il nostro charter. L'imbarcazione, nuova, all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. Da rifare.

Ritengo che una barca di tale dimensione e con soli 7 anni di vita non possa essere consegnata nelle condizioni in cui l’abbiamo ricevuta : bagni fortemente maleodoranti per tutta la settimana e temperature in camera da 35 gradi con 90% di umidità renderebbero la vacanza impossibile a chiunque.

We are extremely sorry that our service and the sailing yacht itself did not meet the client’s expectations. Certainly the rating of the sailing yacht and the service is a surprise for us considering that the client at no time on check in or check out did not mention any problem. Unfortunately, the yacht is not equipped with air conditioning, and was not offered with the mentioned equipment. The client hired a professional skipper from whom we received an excellent rating on the condition of the yacht and sailing performance. For these reasons, we cannot agree with the given ratings.
