I discourage definitely this charter company, which treats customers as objects with impoliteness. Probably caused by a lack of personnel, our check in took place at 19.00 despite our full crew was in place since 13.00. No effort was made to shorten the waiting. After witnessing an American customer being insulted in French (which he did not understand) because of a snorkel kit request, we checked in in our Bali which we found in very poor cleanliness conditions (see photo). The manager pretended that the boat was very clean (!). Batteries were draining under 11,5 after 1 hour without engine, lazy bag was broken and Genoa cart also. Main sail setting was poor, thus bow line gaits were difficult. Despite all that the week was pleasant, but the charter behavior, also at check out, left us disappointed.

Avevo già noleggiato con questo charter e si sono dimostrati seri ed affidabili, solo una piccola incomprensione con il parcheggio dell’auto, ma risolto senza problemi

Imbarcazione in buono stato di manutenzione, praticamente nuova, personale gentile ed estremamente disponibile, rapido nelle risposte.

Alles hat ausgesprochen hervorragend geklappt, von der Charteranfrage bis zur Rückgabe der Yacht in der Basis.
