Quasi la vacanza perfetta

Societá di locazione seria, disponibile, e molto pragmatica.
Se si dovesse esaminare correttamente una barca per appuntare ogni difetto ci si starebbe tre giorni: loro questo evidentemente lo capiscono e sono corretti e onesti: non fanno troppe storie nel check in su “questo è logoro” “questo è rotto” “questo non funziona”, ma non ne fanno nemmeno al check out. Con il rispetto reciproco saranno fantastici. Certo se arrivassero i furbi cercando di fregarli coprendo qualche danno o guaio intercorso si rovinerebbe una bella atmosfera improntata alla fiducia e alla comprensione.
Il luogo? La Francia: non c’è da aggiungere altro per chi sa.
Il vento? Mistral per buona parte della settimana: un andare in vela “maschio”, ma se proprio si preferisce la prudenza, a terra e nei porti c’è, appunto, la Francia.
La barca? La conoscevo: un Sun Odyssey 349: una via di mezzo tra camperone da charter (bel rapporto tra lunghezza e abitabilitá) con momenti esaltanti nelle andature portanti su 3mt di onda grazie al suo disegno dalle forme vagamente mini-transat.
Manovre comode e forse qualche regolazione in meno, ma per una crociera in famiglia va benissimo così, anche perché al limite resta ben governabile anche in solitario.
Ho privilegiato la privacy e ho scelto la versione 3 cabine: in effetti resta poco o niente come spazio per lo stivaggio dai parabordi al resto, ma trovo migliore un compromesso su dove “buttare la roba” che uno su “e io con chi devo dormire?”
Cosa dire di altro? Prezzi migliori della media... Cani accettati a bordo... Posti meravigliosi manco a dirlo... vento non si è fatto mancare.
Superbo.
Unica cosa che ho capito (semmai ve ne fosse bisogno): tra preparativi e viaggio, tutto quello che c’è da fare è molto per una sola settimana di locazione: fate due e sarà veramente perfetto (anche perché sará impossibile beccarsi 15gg di Mistral, quindi se una settimana resta “gagliarda” l’altra offrirá sicuramente la tranquillitá per il “bagnetto con l’aperitivo”.

Charter kompanija je dala odgovor na ovu recenziju

Ovaj odgovor je osobno mišljenje predstavnika charter kompanije a ne Marenaute.

We are very sorry that the client was not satisfied with our service, but we have to mention a few points regarding this charter.
Client made a check in on how to use the boat and immediately after they left the marina and did not finish the paperwork.
They left marina without boat documents and official crew list for the week. Our team realised that at 19:30 and immediately called the client.
We did not force them to come back to our base but Ratimir (owner of the Charter Company) personally took the documents to meet the clients for a short stop in Zadar so they can continue their voyage as they left the marina na 18:30 aprox. So there was no waiting time of any sort they received documents on petrol station and left all due to their own mistake. Also in this moment they continued the their trip into the night even though they shouldnt be sailing during night time (even per contract article 9) and there was a red warning for storms this week.
Two days later, they have asked that they need a canister with petrol for the outboard and Luka Lipovscak-director of company brought it to them while they were walking around zadar at 20:22 in the evening and left it on the boat.
29.08 they reported an issue with bowthruster. Our electrician went to the boat and replaced a burnt fuse for the bowthurster most likely from inproper usage. Naturally we didnt charge the clients anything but repaired and left.
All of their requests have been solved imidiately, if they called and asked for assitance with a leaking window it would have been fixed as well as we are a company known for our quality of service and therfor if issues arrise that we fix them fast.
The problem with a window was never reported nor this week nor later, but then its easy to write issues two weeks after charter.
We do not feel like the clients had inproper service or a bad boat, mostly a bad week with bad weather something that we truly can not affect.
For any questions we will gladly answer, if you think that we have somehow made some mistakes with these clients we are happy to hear some advice.
