We informed our base about it, and requested the report from them.
They have informed us that during the charter they did not receive any report about issues on sprayhood, not request for an intervention. Once clients returned for the check-out, they stated the screws on the sprayhood were loose and made the repair on spot.
There was no complaint regarding the cleaning during the check-in or during the charter, only when clients came back.
They only informed the base about their opinion the check-in was done to fast.
