Tutto bene, siamo stati in mare 4 giorni su 6 e visto il periodo possiamo considerarci fortunati. Due dei quattro giorni sono stati tipicamente estivi con bagni di sole e in acqua in piena solitudine. La bura per un paio di notti ci ha tenuti vigili ma eravamo al sicuro. Charter ottimo e disponibilissimo, ha riparato immediatamente una piccola anomalia da me rilevata all'autopilota e ha ben assistito all'ormeggio in presenza di vento sostenuto. Barca nuova, pulitissima, con un'abitabilità eccezionale. Non ho messo cinque stelle all'equipaggiamento perché il fatto di essere stata messa in acqua nella stagione estiva non appena arrivata dal cantiere ha di fatto impedito al charter di correggere alcuni difetti di gioventù (i più grossi la mancanza di richiamo dell'avvolgiranda dal pozzetto e le manovre correnti quasi tutte bianche con decorazioni poco distinguibili in mare). Il charter ha condiviso la necessità di porvi rimedio durante il prossimo inverno. Prima mia esperienza col fiocco autovirante, funziona ma riduce le possibilità di regolazione del genoa e il divertimento.

Das Positive: Die NSS Charterbasis in Portisco ist wirklich eine der schönsten kleinen Marinas, die ich kenne. Gepflegter Rasen, nette Sitzgelegenheiten und freundliches Personal. Ein wirklich schöner Ort, um loszufahren und anzukommen.
Die Yacht, eine Oceanis 40.1 war aber wirklich grenzwertig. Offensichtlich hatte sie bei einem der Vormieter Grundberührung, in der Bilge gab es deutliche Risse, und den Anfang von de-laminierung. Auch beim Karbon-Steuerrad auf der Steuerbordseite war eine Speiche gebrochen. Leider hat man uns das nicht aktiv bei der Übergabe mitgeteilt, sondern wir haben dank eines gründlichen Checks vor Abfahrt die Mängel selbst festgestellt und vorsorglich fotografiert. Rückgabe und Abrechnung waren dann allerdings problemlos, das heißt, die Mängel waren offensichtlich vorher schon bekannt. Es blieb während der Charter-Woche ein etwas ungutes Gefühl und ein 12-stündiger Bilgencheck-Rythmus.

We are very sorry to hear about the discomfort of some of the hospitality equipment on board like the mirrors and the cutlery. We would have been more than happy to replace them if they had been brought out to our attention. However, at the same time we are pleased to hear that the only problems were some cosmetic issues and that all important equipment of the boat was fully functional.
As far as the charter evaluation is concerned, the same as with every charter, we always do our best in making the charter as pleasant as possible, including sharing local tips with our guests, doing the final docking for them and addressing any issue that might arise within a few minutes.
