A Sukosan in barca

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della vacanza: Sukosan è una marina attrezzatissima, ordinata pulita e nuova. L’assistenza del charter è stata pronta ed efficace e la barca noleggiata era nuova comoda e spaziosa. Lo skipper semplicemente fantastico, disponibile attento alle ns. esigenze e giustamente riservato con il quale è nata una piacevole amicizia e ci ha condotto in luoghi splendidi e consigliato memorabili ristorantini. La fortuna ci ha accompagnato regalandoci 7 giorni di tempo soleggiato e anche se non c’era sufficente vento per poter usufruire della vela questa rimmarrà nei ns. ricordi come una delle più belle vacanze fatte a vela. Un bel we lungo da giovedi a domenica. buono il servizio del charter e le informazioni telefoniche prima della partenza. bella e comoda la marina. bella, ben attrezzata e comoda la barca anche se non nuovissima.

First solo sailing

My girlfriend and I were got the skipper qualification last year, so we decided to start the solo sailing adventure this year. We had great 7 days of sailing around the Kornati Islands, successfully fought one day with a storm. We had no problems with the boat, except that the wind instrument was not cramped, so we had to watch the windex at the mast, showing the direction of the wind all the time, the speedometer was also not functioning.

Arcipelago Toscano - Sun Odyssey 45 2008

Davvero molto buona l'accoglienza e l'assistenza alla base di Cala De' Medici; unico neo della base, la mancanza di ghiaccio. Sistema di check-in ben strutturato, barca molto pulita e in ottimo stato. Unico problema, alternatore della batteria dei servizi che non caricava: il frigo al terzo giorno ha smesso di funzionare, ma l'assistenza dell'armatore è stata molto efficiente: la mattina del giorno dopo ci ha raggiunto direttamente all'Elba a Porto Azzurro e in un'ora ha cambiato tutto. Molto bella Capraia, peccato che le isole del parco naturale non siano più raggiungibili. Porti cari, ma se il tempo lo permette come nel nostro caso le rade sono tranquillamente accessibili per la notte.

Ottimo armatore, barca da turismo

Il personale del charter e Marenauta è stato estremamente gentile e collaborativo. L'imbarcazione sacrifica la performance velica per il comfort.

Mastbruch wegen ungesicherter Bolzen und Verleumdung!

Unverschuldet wurden wir aufgrund ungesicherter Bolzen in eine lebensgefährliche Situation gebracht (Mastbruch bei 18kn Wind bei einer Wende vor der Küste). Gemäß guter seemännischer Praxis haben wir, aufgrund der Unmöglichkeit der Bergung des Rigg, dieses entfernt um Schaden am Schiff zu vermeiden und unter Motor wieder manövrierfähig zu sein. SeitensCharter wurde uns Vorsatz unterstellt uns kein Ersatzschiff zur Verfügung gestellt und die Kaution einbehalten. Wir wurden wüßt beschimpft uns wurde gedroht und unsere Schilderung der Vorkommnisse keine Beachtung geschenkt. Ein 14 tägiger Urlaub war somit bereits mit viel Ärger nach 3 Tagen vorbei. Nie wieder!!!

This client returned the boat without mast and any of the equipment that was on the mast including the rigging and sails. It is impossible that the mast fell by itself as they claim, this was a brand new boat! The client removed the mast, cut off all the ropes, and sunk it at 50m depth (as they claim) without even calling us to ask about doing something like that. In converstaion with the client numerous illogical and false statements were mentioned by the client leading us to be certain in foul play. When a client destroys the boat they were given there is no replacement possibility especially when there is foul play involved. They were charged the entire deposit which didnt even cover the damage, let alone the lost season of charter on the boat. Do not offer these clients anymore any boats!
