Vacanza stupenda senza alcun intoppo

Ottimo charter con personale disponibile, barche recenti ben manutenute e attrezzate, buoni servizi portuali e tutto quanto può servire per una splendida vacanza in barca. Anche la location non ha tradito le aspettative, un buon punto di partenza sia per puntare al parco naturale delle Incoronate sia per raggiungere le isole più a sud.

Qualche problemino ma gentilissimi e efficienti

Barca (Bali 4.0) molto bella e tutto il team è gentilissimo e disponibile. Quindi tutto benissimo tranne: - pulizia sentina e scarichi da migliorare; - indicatori acqua e gasolio non funzionanti; - impianto elettrico difettoso ma l'armatore è intervenuto rapidamente per risolvere il problema; Suggerimento: visto che il sistema elettrico è complesso, un foglio che indichi come fare con tutti gli interruttori/relais nelle tre situazioni principali (al porto con corrente 220 V / in mare a motore / in mare a vela o in rada) sarebbe stato utile

Tutto perfetto

Come prenotazione è andato tutto perfetto. Il personale di marenauta era molto gentile e sempre lì per aiutare. Su ogni email di domanda ho ricevuto in breve tempo una risposta. L'unica cosa negativa erano i difetti della barca che ci sono spesso (come il frigo che non funzionava bene eccetera). Però per una barca del 2013 pensavo giá che ci fosse qualcosa che non sarebbe stato a posto.

Lack of low standard of yacht

Many low facilities in this yacht: handy toilet pump, not friendly operating of sail's lines, no floating lines, refrigirator not comfortable, turtule not adjusred

The inventory of the yacht is given before the booking. It is not true that there isn’t floating lines, there is floating lines in the boat which is our standard. The sail lines and refrigerator are standard of Bavaria and in very good condition. Manuel toilet is written in the inventory of the yacht, so they should know about it before the charter starts. All navigation tools and equipment in the yacht exists in the boat including Auto Pilot. This boat is just 1 year old and in very good condition. The client has lost one fender and requested us to make favor and didn’t want to pay for it. So we made a favor and didn’t charge any money. Furthermore, after they left the yacht, we realized that they blew up the dinghy and hid it in the bow and didn’t tell to us.

Excellent customer service

We highly recommend Marenauta to deal with. Customer service is going an extra mile to assist with any issue. We have faced some bank transfer challenges on our side which Marenauta assisted and communicated super professionally to help us and deal in time. The boat was amazing, neat, comfortable and up to expected standard. An amazing holiday with friends and family, looking forward to the nest one😊

Bavaria 40 charter

Over all very happy. Had a great time. Lack of communication from charter a problem. They were a few hours late getting boat ready and fridge didn't really work but all the important things (anchor winch motor etc) in good order. Young guys who were working there were great and we would all do it again maybe next year. Peter
