Perfekter Service für einen perfekten Urlaub

Von der Buchung bis zur Rückgabe des Bootes ein perfekter Urlaub. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sowohl im Büro wie auch in der Marina. Toller Eisservice und Hilfen rund um das Boot. Problemlose Übernahme und Rückgabe. Das Boot war zwar etwas klein und beengt, aber das wussten wir schon vorher, hat aber alles geboten was wir gebraucht haben, um einen tollen Urlaub zu genießen.

Yacht almost new but with complaints

The Yacht itselfe was nice but in compare to the Manufacturer year 2021 lots of defects and inacceptabe things. - Bilge pump doesn't work - Bilge pump switch on Center Pedestal poped out. - Fridge Door defekt, Ice box door defekt. - some door locks aren't working properly - Waterleak af FWD Cabin roof - Life vest total unacceptable - toilet brush missing - Kitchen equipment (Wine glases Müsli bowles etc.) missing - extention for emergency rudder pinne missing - very few ropes on board (small and huge) - Cleaness of boat totally unaceptable -

Marina molto organizzata e molto pulita, con tutti i servizi. La società di charter una garanzia! Imbarcazioni nuove, dotate di molti comfort come pannelli solari e cuscineria in pozzetto. L'imbarcazione ci è stata consegnata in buone condizioni e la pulizia era impeccabile. Assistenza per le due settimane di noleggio tramite un gruppo personalizzato di whatsapp, direi un ottimo metodo per rimanere sempre in contatto.
