Our base gave us the feedback regarding this matter.
We have an intervention team that can solve all the technical issue on board during the charter.
Client unfortunately did not contact us at all, or complain there was an issue with outboard engine.
At the check-out it was stated that there was a broken window that was charged accordingly, and there were 14 litres (not 4 litres) of fuel still missing,
that was charged as well, but without the refueling service, that is usually charged according to the procedure.
