The practice is for clients to fill in the feedback they leave for us at check-out so that we can see their impressions and ratings for our service. We always try to make it at the highest level, respecting the standards we have set and which we believe will meet the client's expectations. Unfortunately, the client did not leave a completed feedback, and we are sorry for that, because in this way we would have had the opportunity to clarify his dissatisfaction and the relatively bad rating related to the "Charter" section. The rating 3/5, which refers to the helpfulness of the employees, their kindness and assistance, is not what we can be satisfied with, because we believe that this service must be unquestionable and at the highest level.
