Regarding the check-in time, we organized the requested taxi transfer and asked the Base manager to organize the check-in in the evening. The Base manager has taken direct contact with the customer, without informing Marenauta, in order to organize the check-in accordingly to the arrival time in the Marina (text message from the base manager to the customer: Dear Skipper, we are confirming your tomorrow transfer. Your driver will be xxxx, you can contact him directly in case of delay to phone nr xxxxxxx. The name of the boat is Summer Breeze and is located on doc 4 and we'll leave it open for you. We will meet on Wednesday morning at 9 in our office in front of dock nr 7).
At the arrival in the marina, we received a call from the customer and we immediately advised the base manager to reach the client in the marina.
The pictures of the booked boat on Marenauta web site do not show the GPS in external. Unfortunately we didn't received any request about this information for the booked boat.
Regarding the claims about the condition of the boat equipment we have forwarded your report to the shipowner as responsible for the delivery of the vessel and we are confident that he will collect this information to improve the level of the future service.
