Fantastico Settembre in barca alle incoronate.
|
|
Lo scorso settembre io e mia moglie, abbiamo affittato un Sun Odyssey 349 a Sukosan, ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica! La barca, nonostante fosse del 2017, era in ottime condizioni e ci è stata consegnata perfetta sotto ogni aspetto. L'unico piccolo miglioramento potrebbe riguardare le vele, che risultavano un po' usurate, ma per il resto non abbiamo avuto alcun problema.
Il check-in è stato rapido e molto professionale, concludendosi con la frase "per una settimana è la vostra barca", che ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a nostro agio. Questa attenzione ai dettagli ci ha davvero colpiti.
Durante la settimana non abbiamo riscontrato alcuna difficoltà, e la barca si è rivelata perfetta per una vacanza all’insegna del relax e della sicurezza. La zona è davvero ideale per chi, come noi, cerca una navigazione tranquilla e sicura.
A causa di impegni di lavoro, abbiamo dovuto anticipare il check-out alla mattina presto. È bastata una telefonata e l’armatore ha organizzato tutto in soli 30 minuti, con una disponibilità e professionalità che abbiamo davvero apprezzato.
In definitiva, è stata un’esperienza meravigliosa, tanto che stiamo già prenotando per il prossimo anno!

Neues Boot in schlechtem Zustand

Der Empfang im Büro von Kroki ist eine unterkühlte, sachliche Angelegenheit. Von Entgegenkommen oder etwas Herzlichkeit kann ich hier nicht sprechen. Das Boot, Baujahr 2023, leider sehr vernachlässigt und nicht gepflegt. Das tut einem Segler im Herzen weh. Wie kann ein so neues Boot in so einem ungepflegten Zustand sein? Alles was quietschen kann, das quietscht. Von der Schranktür bis zur Takelage. Schwer gängige Fallen, die Fock und das Groß rollen schwer ein. Das Beiboot ist undicht und der Beiboot Motor geht laufend aus (Benzinfilter ?). Die Matratzen, wie in jedem Charterboot, gut durchgelegen.
Die Einweisung war dürftig. Zum Glück kennen wir uns gut mit Bavaria aus.
Die Flaschenhalterung im Kühlschrank, der sowieso zu klein dimensioniert ist für die Anzahl Personen, war garnicht vorhanden. Mein Hinweis darauf wurde mit einem Schulterzucken kommentiert. Klar hat man sowas normalerweise nicht auf Vorrat, sollte man mal drüber nachdenken, aber dann wenigstens mit einer Idee kommen. In der Toilette klebt ein Hinweisschild auf Mülltüten die man nutzen soll, die waren leider nirgendwo zu finden.
Als unser Autopilot defekt war, konnten wir den leider nicht per Telefon reparieren. Zum Glück waren wir nicht weit weg vom Hafen und der Elektriker hat schon an der Tankstelle gestanden und ist gleich an Bord gehüpft. Da starker Wind war und niemand im Hafen zum Helfen, hat der Elektriker nach erfolgreicher und sehr zeitnaher Reparatur noch gleich beim Anlegen am Pier geholfen. Ansonsten war von Kroki niemand vor Ort. Im Laufe des Tages kamen viele Charter Boote aufgrund des starken Windes in den Hafen. Die Segler haben sich zum Glück gegenseitig geholfen. Auch am nächsten Tag, Freitag, starker Wind, viele Boote die in den Hafen kamen, kein Marinero von Kroki zu sehen.
Von den anderen Charter Unternehmen waren mittlerweile einige Marineros vor Ort um bei den Verhältnissen beim Anlegen zu helfen.
Als wir den Wunsch geäußert haben, telefonisch, Freitags auschecken zu wollen, wurde dies nicht mit Freude aufgenommen.
Nach einiger Zeit kam dann doch jemand und hat uns das Boot abgenommen.
Die fleißigen Putzfrauen standen schon Spalier als wir von Bord gingen.
Die Putzfrauen und den Elektriker kann man nur loben.
Ansonsten hatten wir eine gute Zeit und einen schönen Urlaub.

Alcune gravi mancanze
|
|
Il giudizio complessivo è buono, ma si poteva fare meglio.
Per esempio il check-in, nonostante sia stato richiesto (e pagato) per farlo anticipatamente è stato fatto troppo lentamente, non è stato analitico e dettagliato come avrebbe dovuto ed ha compromesso la prima giornata di ferie. Anche i tempi del check out, compresa la lunghissima fila necessaria per fare il pieno di carburante, ha compromesso l'ultima giornata di ferie.
Sono state richieste ma non ottenute, un paio di prese elettriche multiple per telefonini ecc...
E' stato ottenuto, solo dietro espressa ripetuta richiesta, un inverter che non era in dotazione.
Molto grave: le batterie della barca non eranpo in buone condizioni, nè cariche a sufficienza. Nonostante un utilizzo parsimonioso dell'energia elettrica a bordo, le batterie ci hanno lasciato in panne e non è stata in grado di ripartire per 2-3 volte. Solo l'aiuto di una barca di amici, munita di cavi, ci ha permesso di ripartire tutte le volte.

Bellissima vacanza, check-in l'8 agosto a Sukosan, due famiglie di 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi ciascuna, abbiamo noleggiato un Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 44i del 2009, barca in eccellente stato, ben equipaggiata, con veleria da poco rifatta, molto confortevole veloce che non rifiuta venti leggeri. In una settimana abbiamo percorso l’itinerario suggerito da Marenauta lungo le incantevoli isole della Dalmazia Settentrionale. Il primo giorno fatto tappa a Luka dove alla sera abbiamo cenato in un konoba che si trova nella piccola baia e passato la notte in rada; il giorno successivo ci siamo diretti verso sud in direzione Sali, navigando lungo l’isola di Dugi Otok, abbiamo fatto visita ad alcune baie per fare due tuffi nel mare color turchese. Ormeggiato nel porticciolo della caratteristica Sali, abbiamo cenato in uno dei munerosi locali mangindo una buona carne di agnello. Attraversando lo stretto canale di Mala Proversa, il terzo giorno, abbiamo fatto rotta verso la baia di Telascica e gettato l’ancora in una delle baie piu’ interne dove non è mancata la consueta ed irrinunciabile sosta per immergersi a suon di tuffi nel mar turchese. Molto caratteristico il konoba Krsovica dove il padrone di casa ha preparato ottimi calamari e due meravigliose spigole. Navigango verso Piskera, ci siamo diretti verso Vrulja che consiglio a tutti di visitare, è incantevole, una baia con acqua cristallina ed un piccolissimo e caratteristico paesino dove troverete troverete un paio di accoglienti Konoba. Per proseguire la vancanza ci siamo lasciati alle spalle Kornati in direzione marina di Zut, ben organizzata ed attrezzata, a mio avviso la marina più bella dove i ragazzi si sono divertiti a fare il bagno nella piscina naturale situata alle spalle della banchina di armeggio. Nella marina c’è un ristorante molto accogliente e ben organizzato con un menù variegato e di qualità. Ultimo giorno, direzione e rientro a Sukosan per il check-out. Sarà che siamo stati fortunati a trovare un tempo meraviglioso che ci ha accompagnato per tutta la settimana, il mare stupendo, il paesaggio con isolotti dall'aspetto "lunare", baie nascoste che solo la navigazione in barca riesce a donarti, è doveroso però un elogio a Marenauta che ci ha accompagnato sin dall’inizio con puntualità ed efficienza a partire dai contatti iniziali per info sull’itinerario, sul noleggio e sulla scelta dell’imbarcazione, dall’invio di tutta la documentazione sino al check-in, sempre puntuali ed estremamente corretti, persone davvero gentili e disponibili sempre pronte a dare suggerimenti, grazie Marenauta. Una bellissima vacanza, consiglio vivamente a tutti i naviganti di provare l’esperienza e fare un giro in queste meravigliose isole, se accompagnati da tempo buono diventerà una vacanza indimenticabile.

We are very sorry that the client was not satisfied with our service, but we have to mention a few points regarding this charter.
Client made a check in on how to use the boat and immediately after they left the marina and did not finish the paperwork.
They left marina without boat documents and official crew list for the week. Our team realised that at 19:30 and immediately called the client.
We did not force them to come back to our base but Ratimir (owner of the Charter Company) personally took the documents to meet the clients for a short stop in Zadar so they can continue their voyage as they left the marina na 18:30 aprox. So there was no waiting time of any sort they received documents on petrol station and left all due to their own mistake. Also in this moment they continued the their trip into the night even though they shouldnt be sailing during night time (even per contract article 9) and there was a red warning for storms this week.
Two days later, they have asked that they need a canister with petrol for the outboard and Luka Lipovscak-director of company brought it to them while they were walking around zadar at 20:22 in the evening and left it on the boat.
29.08 they reported an issue with bowthruster. Our electrician went to the boat and replaced a burnt fuse for the bowthurster most likely from inproper usage. Naturally we didnt charge the clients anything but repaired and left.
All of their requests have been solved imidiately, if they called and asked for assitance with a leaking window it would have been fixed as well as we are a company known for our quality of service and therfor if issues arrise that we fix them fast.
The problem with a window was never reported nor this week nor later, but then its easy to write issues two weeks after charter.
We do not feel like the clients had inproper service or a bad boat, mostly a bad week with bad weather something that we truly can not affect.
For any questions we will gladly answer, if you think that we have somehow made some mistakes with these clients we are happy to hear some advice.
