The engine would lose revs and cut out several times. The navigation lights would not come on. The anchor, an old CQR with the shackle, would not hold on the bottom; checked several times with mask, given all the metres of chain available and backed down in reverse, but it... Show more

Good assistance and procedures
Great availability from Gianluca, during check-in, check-out and when needed. Some faults in the systems for an issue not easy to spot in port, fixed on return, but always with the cooperation of the people at the Punta Ala base.

just to let you know that the client left the boat in pitiful condition (we have all the photos) with all the pots to wash and plates even though it was said by the manager. As per our check list if clients do not wash the dishes there is an extra of 70 euros... Show more
