Thanks for providing opportunity sending our feedback! Overall, it was a very meaningful week, our team had a really good time, there are beautiful places in Croatia. The sailing boat (Elan 45) was as described in the reservation and as it was expected, but let me highlight a few things that could perhaps be improved for a higher level of service: - unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly, which would be essential in that environment and climate - the internal instruments did not always work properly, e.g. the fuel level display was dead. - taking over the ship first day was a very fast and hasty process. Although we have advanced knowledge of sailing, we dont know all types of boats and we couldn't remember much about the very quick instructions. It was rather chaotic... -the re-fueling process of the large number of ships expected at the end of the period must also be better organized - but we know it is not fully your business But, again, we left Biograd with very pleasant experiences, thank you!

Not quite perfect  
Handling via Marenauta as always simple and uncomplicated, questions were answered at once. Check-in in Biograd friendly and uncomplicated, likewise handover and takeover of the boat. The marina is to be recommended, an ideal starting point for the trip and above all cheap shopping and the town centre right at the marina. Unfortunately the boat was very worn and not really well cleaned. The main problem however was the defective water tank gauge, which stood on full and apparently therefore no water was filled. We did not check that and left with an empty tank. That led to noises and warning tones of the water pump, we needed a while until we recognised the cause. A further problem was that the adapter for phone and wifi was defective and we could not buy one in the marinas. Phone charging was therefore a problem until another sailor gave us an adapter.
