Absprachen wurden nicht eingehalten  
1.Wir kamen in der Marina an und mussten für unser Wohnmobil 370 Euro an Parkgebühr bezahlen, was ein absoluter Witz ist und man hier richtig abgezockt wird. Die lockere Aussage vom Vercharterer mit " ja kein Problem PKW Kosten nichts und Camper sollte schon gehen" . 2. Check In wir haben keinen Durchschlag nichts bekommen und uns wurde so beiläufig mitgeteilt " ja das Bugstrahlruder geht nicht aber naja das Panel macht Probleme" ( ein Schiff mit Doppelruder und Wellenantrieb ohne Bugstrahlruder zu fahren ist alles andere als Urlaub). Das Dinghy war ohne Druck und von mir bemängelt " ja ja da machen wir Luft rein " (nächster Tag Dinghy wieder ohne Luft). Jeden Türgriff den man am Schiff in die Hand nahm fiel ab. Ankerleuchte ohne Funtion stattdessen ging die Decksleuchte an, habe ich bemängelt " die sei nicht so wichtig zur Not sollen wir die Navigationslichter anlassen". Nachdem ich dann darauf bestanden haben das der Fehler am Bugstrahlruder repariert werden muss sagte mir George dass er es bis Montag repariert haben will und besorgt ein neues Panel für das Bugstrahlruder... Dinghy war wieder ohne Luft und George meine sein Partner tauscht es... Nachdem am Montag weder das Dinghy noch das Bugstrahlruder repariert wurde habe ich die Sache selbst repariert ( 6 Löcher geflickt, elektrische Anlage zum Bugstrahlruder in Funktion gebraucht)und wir sind ausgelaufen am Montag um 10:00Uhr. George versicherte uns per Chat dass das Panel getauscht wird wenn wir unterwegs sind und das Dinghy auch. Wir kamen am Freitag den 06.062025 gegen 14:00 Uhr in die Marina zurück mit dem alten Panel des Bugstrahlruders sowie dem defekten Dinghy. Keine der Vercharterer hat sich um irgendetwas gekümmert. 3. Check Out der Taucher kam sofort und tauchte alles ab " alles in Ordnung sagte er" dann kam ein Mitarbeiter und machte mit uns den Check Out. Ach dieser Mitarbeiter konnte keine Beschäftigungen feststellen und wir unterzeichneten die Protokolle. Ich fragte ihn dann ob wir die Papiere im Office abgeben sollen er meinte nein alles gut macht er und wir sollen noch kurz im Office bescheid geben das alles ok ist. Wir gingen also zum Office und fragten nach ob noch etwas gebraucht wird. Sie sagten uns nach einem Telefonat mit dem Kollegen der den Ckeck Out machte nein wir brauchen nichts mehr alles gut keine Schäden... Wir verabschiedeten uns und fuhren mit dem Wohnmobil weiter. Am Freitag abend bekam ich dann eine Nachricht von George (Vercharterer) das ja ein Schaden Steuerbord an der Badeplattform sei aber das ja nicht so schlimm ist ... usw. Aber wir sollen noch die Liegegebühren für die Nacht von Sonntag auf Montag in der Marina bezahlen! Ich gab im dann klar zu verstehen, dass wir auf seine Reparatur vom Bugstrahlruder gewartet haben und er uns versichert hat dass es Montag repariert wird ( steht so auch im Check In zum Glück habe ich Fotos gemacht) zum Schaden an der Plattform habe ich ihm mitgeteilt dass wir diesen nicht gemacht haben und d eindeutig bereits früher an der Stelle nicht gut verpachtet wurde. Ich habe bis heute weder Check In oder Check Out Dokumente erhalten. Captain Bigfoot nie wieder !
