Serbatoio Acqua con perdita.

Barca nuovissima, in acqua da 4 mesi, ma purtroppo con qualche problema. Il serbatoio acqua dolce aveva una perdita, con conseguente sentina piena di acqua dolce e serbatoio sempre vuoto. Per il resto tutto ok, charter disponibile e personale cortese.

First of all thank you for choosing us for your holiday. We are really sorry to hear that the boat did not fulfill your expectations, we always do our best to provide the best service possible. However, we would like to draw attention to a few details from your review that, in our opinion, need a bit more clarification.

We are really glad to see that you are satisfied with the service and the crew in the base. Regarding the problem with the water our assumption is that the cockpit shower was not handled properly meaning that the switch on shower handle was closed but that the valve was not closed every time after the showering in the cockpit – that way water from the water tank can end up really fast and easy in the bilges of the boat.

We would also like to highlight that this is the first complaint of this sort that we have for this boat – so far the reviews for the boat were really good.

We hope that you will find our argument acceptable and give us the chance to welcome you as our guest on one of our boats in the future.

Bella vacanza, peccato l'imbarcazione con molti difetti di usura e ...

Bella vacanza ma il catamarano aveva molti difetti che vi elenco: - cella frigo esterna non funzionante quindi subito grosso problema con i viveri già comprati - cinque parabordi in totale e alla richiesta di altri ce ne viene portato uno solo - serratura porta principale rotta - varie lampadine degli interni bruciate - fornello a tre fuochi ma uno inutilizzabile perché dopo un pò si surriscaldava e non vi era la possibilità di spegnerlo dalla manopola, quindi bisognava chiudere il rubinetto della bombola.
