Posti bellissimi grandi navigate oltre 289 mn. Barca nuova come da descrizione. Meno buono il charter, quasi una giornata di attesa per check-out per poi non trovare nulla. Tutto era a posto...!!!!

Thank you for the feedback.

I see that the client has rated check in and check out procedures with 1.

I would like to point out that the client checked in very early at 14:00 and by 17:00 he had already left the marina.

Regarding check out we did the main check out on Friday evening and told the clients that we were waiting for the diver to check the hull . As it was already late, we told them that on Saturday morning at 09:00 they can come to the office to finish also with the paper work as is the standard procedure. So we don't understand why they say they had to wait for a whole day for check out? Also they had made a damage to the boat as they had broken one of the hatches so - all was not found to be ok.

Finally on our final report, they have rated check- in and check out procedures with excellent 5 stars so it seems a bit inconsistent to rate check in and check out with 1/5 now on this feedback.

Vacanza perfetta sotto tutti i punti di vista. Barca in ottime condizioni, staff professionale e disponibile. Da ripetere sicuramente.

Una bella vacanza e un posto dove tornare.

La vacanza è andata molto bene e sono soddisfatto. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà con la preparazione della barca al nostro arrivo, ma il personale del charter è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile.

Cat comodo x 4 coppie e skipper, ma tenuto molto male, non revisionato dopo ultima crociera: da gabinetti a sportelli non funzionanti, da posateria a bicchieri scarsi, e tutto trasandato.

Meltemi come mai sentito alle Cicladi

Buona imbarcazione, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, Cicladi meravigliose ma, purtroppo, con il Meltemi di questo anno la vacanza è stata un bel po' faticosa.

Posti magnifici, barca nuova, ma armata malissimo, rapporto qualità prezzo non ok. Armatore non disposto ad early check in ..procedure di check in e check out troppo lunghe...attese di ore estenuanti

Siamo molto dispiaciuti per ciò che il cliente ha scritto. Abbiamo chiesto alla base che cosa è successo.

Ci dispiace che il cliente pensi che la barca sia armata male, ma questo non incide comunque sulla manovrabilità.

Forse il cliente si riferisce al gennaker che aveva richiesto in base e che purtroppo non è stato possibile armare.

Per la prossima stagione cercheremo sicuramente di fare del nostro meglio!
