Mai più Salona 44

Solo la voglia di fare vacanza ci ha convinti a non rinunciare subito. Appena saliti sulla barca ci ha ha accolti una puzza di fogna terribile: bagno intasato. Per cercare di sistemarlo 1 ora di ritardo per il check-in. Durante la vacanza, ancòra rotta, tavolo della dinette rotto, frigorifero completamente non funzionante, bagni troppo piccoli di cui 1 non disponibile. Sicuramente una barca non adeguata alla navigazione e personale della marina poco attento.

We are really sorry to hear that the client wasn't satisfied with the condition of our boat and his holiday.

First of all , we will look back on the comment that the client has forwarded regarding the boat condition.

Salona 44 is 4 cab. sailing yacht, ideal choice for lovers of sailing whose original pictures the clients can find on our website before they decide to book it. According to the comments of the client and his feedback, we got the impression that very probably the client didn't sail in past on Salona boats.

The table in cockpit is an original table of Salona 44 and please note that the boat that is more than 10 years in charter.

Further, regarding the early check in that the client has mentioned we confirm the following, after we have discussed in detail with our technical team. Because of the blocked toilet (which was blocked by the guests from week before) , early check in that the client has booked has prolonged a little bit - but , we as a company have offered a compensation. In other words, upon their return, the clients didn't refuel the gas tank (although it is obligatory) and we decide not to charge them because of early check in - I suppose the client didn't inform you about that.

Also, in charter , you cannot guarantee the early check is since you cannot predict the situations and you cannot know in what condition the boat will come back - that is why we prefer payment directly in our base.

Regarding the fridge, our technical team didn't receive any info about that - our technical team is on disposal for the clients, if they need anything during their sailing. Of course, if they aren't informed , they also cannot assist them.

Since we have noticed that the client has rated almost everything with low grades , even our region, sailing area, coast and sea , we really consider that this kind of feedback shouldn't have a place.

The comments of the client are not supported by the real facts and we don't consider them adequate ; therefore, unfortunately we cannot take them into account.

I believe you understand us and our position.

We really appreciate the feedback of our clients, even when they aren't so good, to improve our business and to motivate ourselves even more, but in this case, we don't consider it justified.

Wonderfull Sailing in Minorca

We had a wonderfull time during the whole week although we caught sometimes some rain, thunderstorms and big waves. the weather was very nice and hot all the time, and the rain, waves and thunders didn´t bother us because it was only a few and made part of the experience. our skipper (Yunai) was extraordinary and we will be very glad if we can have him the next time. the boat was in good conditions although it's missing somethings like bluetooh for music (a must have) or electric pumps for toiletts instead of manual.

I ragazzi del charter di Nettuno sono stati estremamente disponibili e ci sono venuti incontro per un check in anticipato, anche se di poche ore. Ciò ci ha permesso di esser su Ponza prima della notte. La barca è stata all'altezza delle aspettative anche se poco adatta alla vela per i miei gusti (ma questo è molto soggettivo). Al ritorno in porto è stato molto utile l'aiuto di un membro del charter che è salito a bordo ed ha ormeggiato la barca. Giudizio estremamente positivo nel complesso.

Easy and relaxed bare-boat rental for 5 days around Gocek

We were 4 people on a 36 feet monohull. The base marina was Gocek Marinturk. The charter company manager was very nice and helpful. The staff was competent but only spoke Turkish. The area is stunningly beautiful and very easy to sail, even for beginners. However, it is almost saturated and litterally crowded with boats. We made the most out of it and befriended other local captains anchored next to us, sampling the frienliness and gentlemanly manners of Turkish sailors.

Un lugar muy recomendable. Muchos fondeaderos, puertos con encanto y playas fabulosas. Fuimos en julio y estaba muy masificado pero no tuvimos problemas en encontrar atraque.
