Pri prevzemu plovila smo bili presenečeni da smo morali doplačati za Motor za By-boat, kar seveda ni bilo dogovorjeno in kar se nam v naši zgodovini Charterskih najemov še ni zgodilo.
Na plovilu so tri okna puščala vodo v dežju, kar je za plovilo tega ranga, nedopustno.
Pri jadranju se nam je prevrnil kuhinjski pult. Pult smo v naslednji luki sami sanirali. Pri sanaciji pa smo ugotovili da je bil žal fiksiran z Lesnimi vijaki dolžine 20 mm, privijačenimi v vezano ploščo, kar je za tovrstne obremenitve nezadostno. V prvi naslednji luki smo kupili ustrezne vijake ter pult privijačili v kovinsko konstrukcijo plovila. Ko smo v Biogradu ob vračilu plovila obrazložili kaj se nam je zgodilo, so nam priznali da se je Pult prevrnil že avgusta in pa da ga je zunanji izvajalec očitno slabo saniral. Kakorkoli, pult je sedaj fiskiran z ustreznimi vijaki in do česa podobnega ob normalni uporabi plovila, nebi smelo več priti. Ostaja pa grenak priokus, kaj če bi bil v trenutku prevrnitve kdo od posadke na napačnem mestu oz. kaj če bi se pretrgale cevi za plinovod....

La policy dell'armatore discutibile:
1. Ho fatto il pieno al rientro in porto ma quando ho consegnati la barca sono venuti con una tanica a riempire proprio al limite e mi hanno fatto pagare i 4 litri in più.... eh sì, perché avendo fatto 130 litri di benzina volevo proprio fregare i 4 litri...
2. Il fuoribordo del tender ha funzionato 2 giorni su 15 e non mi hanno voluto dare alcun rimborso.

Thank you for the clients feedback. Our base gave us the feedback regarding this matter.
We have an intervention team that can solve all the technical issue on board during the charter. Client unfortunately did not contact us at all, or complain there was an issue with outboard engine. At the check-out it was stated that there was a broken window that was charged accordingly, and there were 14 litres (not 4 litres) of fuel still missing, that was charged as well, but without the refueling service, that is usually charged according to the procedure.

Noleggio barca a vela isole Sporadi
Molto bene in generale, anche se abbiamo avuto due giorni di fermo per allerta generale.
Bene l'accoglienza, pulita barca e nessun inconveniente di funzionamento.
Solo è da proporre l'assicurazione per eventuali fermi che ti permettano di recuperare parte del costo barca.
NON abbiamo avuto sorprese.
La barca era in ottime condizioni, così come tutti i servizi forniti dal Charter, spesa a bordo inclusa.
Inoltre a seguito di un controllo molto dettagliato da parte della Guardia di Finanza, è stato rilasciato il "Bollino Blue" con i complimenti al Charter.
We had a great two weeks of sailing. Although the charter hasn’t fully processed all the extras, they quickly arranged everything for the early checkin. The boat was very well equipped and thought through and had everything we needed. All in all a very nice weeks of sailing.
